I was very pleased with the menu and that they have lettuce wraps (the Unwich). Very hard to find restaurants that have lettuce wraps and that are gluten free friendly. Ingredients that I ordered was very fresh and it is very healthy way to eat.

I had a catering order. We brought it home and put it out for our guests. Half the sandwiches had no cheese. All of the sandwiches had maybe one piece of meat. All you tasted was bread. Definitely not worth the money we paid. We got about $20 worth of food for over $50. NEVER AGAIN!! There are a lot of other choices of sandwich shops where i can get better quality. Even sandwiches from Walmart would have been better.

The customer service is severely lacking at this location, and the employees are forgetful and leave out parts of your order. I hope the manager gets a better attitude and trains his staff better, but based off of other reviews I doubt that’ll happen.

I get delivery from here a few times a week. Food is good but my sandwich is never cut in half. Also, no condiments or napkins. I always mark the "cut in half" option and add mayo and mustard packets. I've started an album of all of my sandwiches not cut in half 😅💀 Just for fun.

I haven't ordered jimmy johns in awhile so i decided to get my favorite sandwich from there . The beach club and it was nothing like what it used to be. I see the economies inflation has affected this sandwich shop too. They barely put any turkey on it. There was mostly cheese! I'm super disappointed I have reward points but I don't think I'll ever redeem them. Jimmy John's do better! Jersey Mike's has surpassed you and they haven't even been in town as long. They aren't scared to put meat on their sandwiches!!!
Got 2 sandwich combos and they got both orders wrong and lights are out so you can’t even see the menu or the back drive-thru area to the window.

I’ve had Jimmy Johns in five different states, many locations, and this one has to be my top favorite. I don’t know what magic they do to make them so good, but they make some seriously great sandwiches. Drive thru, delivery, and eating in; they have yet to disappoint.

Wednesday, June 12th 2024 - this crew was extremely slow. I entered the drive-through with one person in front of me, they had two people in the car and a medium sized order. All I ordered was a slim one and a drink. I waited in the drive-through for 15 minutes. Half spent waiting for the car in front of me, half spent waiting for my order, which they still didn’t have ready by the time I got to the window. I also watched as a worker handed the wrong order to the person at the drive-through window. They didn’t even have my sandwich made. Horrible service.
