Edit: Another sandwich not cut in half. What is happening?! - 1⭐️
I get delivery from here a few times a week. Food is good but my sandwich is never cut in half. Also, no condiments or napkins. I always mark the "cut in half" option and add mayo and mustard packets. I've started an album of all of my sandwiches not cut in half 😅💀 Just for fun.

Idk why but the two times I’ve been here the crew was just unhappy. No smile, and only one little thanks at the very end of everything when I was already driving away. They seemed burdened that I chose to come here.

I haven't ordered jimmy johns in awhile so i decided to get my favorite sandwich from there . The beach club and it was nothing like what it used to be. I see the economies inflation has affected this sandwich shop too. They barely put any turkey on it. There was mostly cheese! I'm super disappointed I have reward points but I don't think I'll ever redeem them. Jimmy John's do better! Jersey Mike's has surpassed you and they haven't even been in town as long. They aren't scared to put meat on their sandwiches!!!

I’ve had Jimmy Johns in five different states, many locations, and this one has to be my top favorite. I don’t know what magic they do to make them so good, but they make some seriously great sandwiches. Drive thru, delivery, and eating in; they have yet to disappoint.

This is my favorite Jimmy John's shop. The staff is knowledgeable, obviously fast, and always pleasant. They are definitely into customer service.

Wednesday, June 12th 2024 - this crew was extremely slow. I entered the drive-through with one person in front of me, they had two people in the car and a medium sized order. All I ordered was a slim one and a drink. I waited in the drive-through for 15 minutes. Half spent waiting for the car in front of me, half spent waiting for my order, which they still didn’t have ready by the time I got to the window. I also watched as a worker handed the wrong order to the person at the drive-through window. They didn’t even have my sandwich made. Horrible service.

Over a hour wait for food. I used to be a driver in KC for JJHeinz (the one that got famous from being robbed) and this would be unacceptable. You don't send one driver out with 5 orders. Also answered the phone with a sigh. Disrespectful college kids. Never again.

The third time in the last two weeks that no one would deliver my food after calling in twice per night somebody’s Slacking off somewhere!!!!!!Tried talking to a manager. The only response was JD will take care of it. No one would tell me who JD was or their actual name.

They couldn’t brake my $100 bill which is fine but while my gf was trying to find other money I was getting a nasty look from the worker. Once we got the food our 16 inch sandwich wasn’t cut in half and mid way through it took a bite full of hair. Never had a bad experience at jimmy johns till now, go to a different location.
