I have gotten so tired of being disappointed by spending an arm and a leg to receive soggy, cold food 1+ hrs after ordering. Tonight we ordered sandwiches from our neighborhood Jimmy Johns. They were, crisp, fresh, and exactly as ordered. The service was fast. I mean that I was telling my husband "its only been 9 minutes" in response to him requesting an ETA. They knocked moments later. Insanely fast. (I will say, we are only a few blocks away.) Prices were fair, esepcially for thr serving size and service. Thanks for coming in clutch tonight.

We dined there for lunch yesterday and there was an employee re-organizing the chips on the shelves below the counter. She swept all the new chip bags ONTO THE FLOOR. This is the same floor that customers traipse in from God knows where.
What was even more unbelievable was that the other employees walked around her and the piles of chips on the floor. NOT A SINGLE employee said anything about the food violation or corrected her.

Vegetarian options: Not heavy on the veggies but several options are available.
Parking: It is often difficult to find close parking at the Mass St store, so we opt for this one, which always has available parking.

Very mad about service! Stopped for 1 sandwiches for dinner 6:30 pm. Only customer there. Crew seemed very put out that I walked in. Made my order, and left. Drive 15 miles home to find out both sandwiches are wrong. Spent $26 dollars, tipped $5, if i would have known they wouldn't get order right I would have paid at all.
Came in around 530 pm to pick up two sandwiches. The bread on both was rock hard and stale. It really ruined the sammy. I wont be back ever
