I wanted a yummy carrot cake for my birthday, with some pineapple, and no nuts. I looked through a local thread on Facebook and found the suggestion for Karen's Konfections. I sent her a message about what I wanted, and she was quickly responsive. She asked the pertinent questions, and accepted payment through Venmo. We communicated about pickup time and place. All was according to plan and this 3-tiered beauty was delicious! Sadly, I was too busy hosting to think to snap...
Karen made a beautiful cake for our daughter-in-law’s birthday. Not only did the cake look amazing, but it tasted as incredible as it looked. We will definitely be having her make more cakes in the future!
I have had the great opportunity to try three different cakes so far of Karen’s. All have been exceptional! They are perfect texture and flavor. If you want a good cake she makes them sooo good! And she is great to work with and make any accommodations. Thank you, Karen!
