The female at drive through was very impatient. When my girlfriend asked to change her item, we heard her sighed . Very disappointed, will never come back. She was there at 2/13/2025 around 8:30pm.

Went for mixed bucket. 8pm they close at 10. Order it then told no breast. Can u sub tenders? No you can have wings. How is that a sub for breast!? Then we're told you can get half chicken half tenders. What!? That's what you said no to. Well you have to get the dinner bucket. Why not a bucket? That's what we can do. Fine. $34!!! Ridiculous then open it to find 4 tiny overcooked tenders and 4 legs the same. Dry like been diublecooked

I ordered a meal for my family. went through the drive thru, got the chicken and tenders feast just to find out they didn’t even give me the tenders from the meal I ordered. I went back into the store to try to get them and the so called manager wouldn’t service me without a receipt. I just came from the drive thru and the guy at the window didn’t give me my receipt and then the lady wanted me to bring in my bucket of chicken from my car so she could “look through it” to see if the tenders were in there or not…. I had just spent $80 and didn’t even leave the parking lot before they denied me the mistake they made and refused to fix. I had literally just pulled around from the drive thru. greedy and poor service. would not recommend this place to anyone. you can get better chicken that’s not soggy from a five minute drive anywhere else in Lawrence.

Out of chicken out of chicken out of chicken is what I legit have heard each and every time I have visited this location. Doesn’t matter any time after 5pm it’s a crap shoot on if they will be able to make your order or not. I understand it’s a chicken place but at minimum there should be some form of customer service but when your met with stoner uhhhhs and laughs because they find not having product so funny and tell you to figure out how to cancel your own online order is not funny at all. This place should be shut down or sold or closed. Absolutely sad that a chicken place doesn’t have chicken at 8:12pm when you close at 10pm
Or have chicken at 6:12pm when you close at 10pm.
Never any chicken in a chicken place is beyond laughable. Just sell Mac and cheese and potatoes after 6pm. Oh wait they won’t have that either.

Had some questions so I decided I'd order in the lobby. Workers raced to lock the door before 8pm when the door says the lobby closes at 9pm. I decided to take my business elsewhere instead.

Who ever is the General manager at this location needs to get their night shift together or make sure they have a manager who can do their job how are you out of chicken an hour before you close? your in a college town you work at a chicken place to sell people food telling people you ran out of food for the night is just straight laziness you want to get paid not doing anything that’s like me working at Taco Bell saying we ran out of “tacos” for the night get it together!!!

Do not come here. A few people came in, two with disabilities and she made a mistake and ordered an extra meal. The manager was brought up front mumbled under his breath the whole time, gave the guy his cash back and basically threw his change at him. My hubby and I helped pick it up because it fell to the ground. The other man with disabilities went to order but was so flustered he just canceled his order. We paid for his meal, because that it just not right. Hey, Mr manager. I highly doubt you get thru life without making mistakes. The rest of us are human and we do make them. I truly hope I am present when you make one because I will embarrass you publicly the way you did these customers. Hope to see you soon but I will NEVER visit this store again until he is replaced. I ask you all to do the same.....compassion. Get some.
