This is an amazing restaurant with a fantastic vibe of you eat in and the food is next level. I love the roasted chicken on my sandwiches and the scallop potatoes are simply divine. If you haven't been, this is a Lawrence MUST.

Really pretty solid! Had the Italian with a side of tomato soup. Soup was great, sandwich was also good with pretty decent amount of meat. Was hoping for more giardiniera but not a biggie, flavor was on point. If I had to give any gripe for the sake of complaining it would be the bread. Was very much like a slightly larger hot dog bun. Think this thing would go off with a more rustic bread type but that’s maybe just personal preference. Interested in the hot beef and how their Katz sandwich compares to the real deal so I’ll def give em another try

We stopped in with a bus of 30 high school students and they didn't bat an eye. They took our order and got it out to us quickly. The owner's were friendly and accommodating. The food came out hot and fresh. My classic sandwich was delicious. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Lawrence.

cute place, but gave me cheese when i told them i have a severe dairy allergy upfront. they couldn’t figure out how to give me a refund through my card, so I had to get it back in cash. chips were bland and the italian soda had zero carbonation. also gave me my order as a to-go when i asked for it dine-in. really disappointed.

Wow! What a great local deli on Mass Street! My husband and I popped in for a bite yesterday while in town for the night. We wanted something quick and easy, and were not disappointed. Our sandwiches were delicious, I had the Italian, but the chips were AMAZING!!!! I have been raving about them to everyone I meet since the meal. Thank you for the meal Latchkey! I hope to be back someday:)

We had a great trip to the Latchkey Deli. The host was kind and patient with us as we were first-time, out-of-town visitors. We got the Italian, the BLT, and the classic. I got a side of the house made chips and the host guided me through picking a flavor-garlic parmesean for the win! The ambiance was nice and they had a steady stream of folks coming in. I would for sure recommend an early arrival time because it is a small space.
My first time going was yesterday and the second I walked in I noticed everyone was smiling and laughing, the paintings and decorations are adorable, I loved everything about this place! Jen who I think is the owner took my order and I told her it was my first time and she was the sweetest! Gave me a lemon drop shot and a cookie for free, and our food was absolutely mouth watering. 10/10 recommend!
