Spent 30 dollars on two sandwiches no sides and my Pimento grilled cheese looked slapped together the spinach immediately wilted and went soggy and somehow an even pathetic looking pickle. I dont usually post reviews im just disappointed I didn't go to subway.

I like this place and want to keep coming back, but twice now I’ve tried to redeem the small ($5) birthday reward they emailed me. Both times I was told the reward was “linked to my card” and asked to swipe it—yet the reward was never applied.
Today I also came in specifically for the three sandwiches advertised as online specials, and they were out of all three, with no alternative offered.
The food is good, but the service and overall experience have been consistently disappointing. I’ve had missed items in to-go orders, problems using their rewards system, and they frequently have items out-of-stock.

Ive had issues mid day trying to call and place an order. Couldn’t get the app to work so I called. They picked up the phone and left it on the counter then eventually hung up. Gave it a few minutes and called back, they answered and the person on the other end didn’t say anything except “No.” And hung up. I order from this place a ton and feel let down.

26 years of life, and I’ve had my fair share of sandwiches. Even having worked for a sandwich shop for several years, I thought I knew what a good sandwich was. But the Reuben and mac & cheese had me sitting in my car afterwards contemplating everything I ever knew. It was so damn good I can’t even find the words to describe it. This was my first visit and certainly won’t be my last.

Amazing service!!!!! I brought a large group here for lunch during a trial, this place was just across the street. The food was amazing and everyone was happy. The person in charge not only took all our orders, got our drinks, helped make our lunches, but also came and checked on our group. I love bringing groups to one of a kind places but fear that it might not be for everyone…..this place was a HIT! P.s the scalloped potatoes are as good as the other reviews say!

This local deli had a strong start with a delicious hot beef sandwich that I paired with pasta salad. The sandwich was delightful, however the jus to dip it in was incredibly salty. I am usually the type to add salt to a dish but the salt was so intense that I had to leave it out of the rest of my meal. The most unfortunate part was a hair found in my half eaten pasta salad.

This is an amazing restaurant with a fantastic vibe of you eat in and the food is next level. I love the roasted chicken on my sandwiches and the scallop potatoes are simply divine. If you haven't been, this is a Lawrence MUST.

Really pretty solid! Had the Italian with a side of tomato soup. Soup was great, sandwich was also good with pretty decent amount of meat. Was hoping for more giardiniera but not a biggie, flavor was on point. If I had to give any gripe for the sake of complaining it would be the bread. Was very much like a slightly larger hot dog bun. Think this thing would go off with a more rustic bread type but that’s maybe just personal preference. Interested in the hot beef and how their Katz sandwich compares to the real deal so I’ll def give em another try
