I once had a poor review during the “COVID years”. Huge improvement these days. I waited a couple visits to be sure, but I can say this place has their act together. Get beer, food, atmosphere, and the wait staff was exceptional. Mindi was a wonderful server.
Interesting variety of menu options - and beers/adult beverages! The BLT sandwich is a favorite, as are the Brussels Sprouts and pretzel bites. Our server was busy but attentive, friendly, and helpful. The one drawback was the TV volume, which was so loud, it made conversation difficult and frustrating.

$5 beers during KU games and a delicious selection of various kinds of beer. Some of the best white queso I've ever had. Solidly good pretzels. Better waffle fries than Chick Fit A, by a long shot. Definitely a solid spot. Friendly staff as well. Even during a busy seasoner opener, it was a great experience. Rock Chalk.
