My only crazy puffs not only were so burned they cut my lip but they had burned bacon in them. I would have been even more enraged if I were vegetarian. Can you imagine ordering four cheese and getting dead animal carcass on your food.

They took about 20 min for a regular pizza which is fine but then it came out and wasn’t even fully cooked the dough was soft under the pizza and almost see through with air holes all over I didn’t notice Untill I got home and the people in back cooking don’t care they walk around calling customers CUH

Put in an online order at 7:44 for delivery at 9:30 and never received. Tried calling the store at 9:40 when the delivery time kept being pushed back and the order tracker said they hadn’t started on it. This is the second time it’s happened and it will be the last.
Update: Two pizzas were delivered 45 minutes late with no 2liter or crazy bread which was printed on the receipt. No more DoorDash and no more Little Caesars, beyond over this.

Decided to try the new puffs got the pepperoni ones got out of town before I tried them you couldn't even bite into them they were so hard they were not fresh they had been sitting for like 4 days they were like bricks then I looked at my order time and the time that they said I could pick them up it was one minute so they had already been sitting there forever and it was 2:00 in the afternoon so they should have been made fresh
I ordered about 3 pizzas and 2 orders of crazy bread. The crazy bread was old. Never had crazy bread this hard. And I'm from Detroit Michigan where Little Caesars started. The cashier didn't seem to care to take my order in the first place.

Will not answer the phone! Spent the last two hours calling off and on trying to claim my free pizza due to an incident about a month ago! DoorDashed a pizza and some breadsticks and was served ROTTEN marinara dipping sauce, manager offered me a free meal for his apology after discovering the next day it was STILL rotten and being used. Don't waste your money or time at this place!
