Online order had a snafu and didn't process correctly. Called in to fix the issue and was communicated over the phone as if my payment processed. Went in to pick up order and staff just told me to wait in the attached room while they finished up my food. Leave and while I'm enjoying my meal, get a call back letting me know my order's payment somehow didn't process. Get passively aggressively accused of dining and dashing and pretty much get barked at to rush back to the restaurant to pay for my order. Try to dissolve the situation and resolve the issue quickly by seeing if I can pay over the phone. Get shouted down to come back to the restaurant. Return to the restaurant and pay for my order, no reason for this treatment since I was a repeat customer. Pretty much get lukewarm treatment by staff as I pay for my meal, no attempt to remedy customer relationship. Will not be going back here ever again. Save yourself some time and don't order takeout from this place. Better to avoid this treatment, even if the food is pretty good.

Such a bummer, the food is always good. But lack of items two hours away from close, inattentive servers and menu items being offered and then being redacted. It's a bummer because I generally like this place.

I saw really good reviews and thought to try it. We went on Saturday, it’s now Monday. First off we dined in and ordered our dine in dishes and one soup to go for the week. First, my food came 5 minutes after my husbands. He got a pork sandwich and the pork was tough. I got veggie dumplings and they were okay, but nothing to right home about. Now that I’m having the soup, again nothing great about the broth and the 3 dumplings were by far the most disappointing. One dumpling had no filling! One had a extremely tiny piece, like the size of a pinky nail of a child, the other had a decent amount. Disappointing…wish I could add the photos I took on here!

Outstanding asian food. Everything is fresh and made from scratch, I enjoyed every bite. The Vietnamese Noodle Salad was amazing!

The veg dumplings were alright, but the crispy tofu fried rice was incredible! So flavorful. I’ll be ordering that every time! My husband really liked the chicken sandwich and fries.

Outstanding food, it's in a backlot that's basically invisible from the street, the outside looks like a crusty dive bar, it's literally next door to a crusty dive bar, and at peak hours there were only three other groups eating making the place very peaceful.

Tldr; ignore how it looks, come here and order the pork dumplings and a beer and hangout for an hour or two.

Great and creative flavors. Authentic dumplings, a well thought out cocktail menu, and super friendly staff. Go visit this place, already!

Kid-friendliness: Seemed okay, there was a family dining next to us with a toddler and a pre-teen. Even if your kid isn't super adventurous, they can do a cheese of chicken quesadilla.

Seb's provides a fun and fresh twist on Asian cuisine in a pleasant environment. The bathrooms were clean, and the staff was friendly.

Every time we have been, the food and service has been amazing. We have gotten the smoked brisket and curry rice bowl a couple times (my fav), we have also ordered Sebs crispy chicken sandwich, also we’ve tried the classic pork dumplings. All amazingly delicious.

Unpolished Gem. Parked outside, I double checked to see we had the correct location. Doubt entered my mind about going somewhere else and then the wind changed and there was an enchanting aroma of food coming from inside.

Inside doubt about a place had never been stronger. The walls, ceiling, and floors looked to be still under construction. Walking to the restroom I was sure a doll on a red tricycle would appear around the corner asking if I wanted to play a game. And then the food came; hot and delicious. All the sudden things that looked neglected, started to look purposefully neglected (intentional).

Staff were wonderful, small food menu fantastically done, ambiance just right.

Parking: Shopping center, no issues with parking

UPDATE: Will, the owner, personally reached out to me and confirmed that he has addressed this situation with the staff. He is someone who truly cares about his business and appreciated the feedback. I assured Will that the food was fantastic and that we would definitely be back!

I placed a large lunch order for our office today, totaling over $200. The food was excellent, but unfortunately, the customer service was lacking.

I called to confirm whether the 30-minute pickup time given online was accurate or if more time would be needed due to the order size. The person who answered the phone only said I would receive a text when the order was ready and didn’t address my question. I didn’t receive a text, but when I arrived 30 minutes later, the order was ready and boxed up.

Upon arrival, I mentioned I had an online order, and the staff handed me the box without saying a word. Overall, while the food was great, the lack of communication and customer service was disappointing.
