M & M Bakery is the place our family goes to for our special celebration cakes and desserts, and have done for over forty years! We recently had them prepare a large sheet cake celebrating an anniversary for our large group. The cake and frosting were fresh and moist and very delicious. Everyone complimented us on how great the cake was! We love their donuts, cookies, and other treats. Always fresh and a great assortment to choose from!

This bakery is an old time bakery. Everything is made fresh that day, get their early for good selection, reasonable prices, and most important "home made". It is not your typical grocery store type bakery. The people complaining have probably never been to a "real" bakery before.

Delicious donuts at an amazing price! We had dinner near M and M Bakery and the fun Halloween themed window caught our attention. We decided to return the next morning for donuts and were glad we did! We got two glazed with peanut butter buttercream on top, a chocolate glazed and a custard filled. Our total for the four donuts was under $4! Such a deal! All were delicious and I would certainly return when back in the area!

Cute little bakery in historic Cumberland. We stopped for gas in the area then decided to see if we could find a bakery & this was the first place that popped up. We arrived around 9:45 so the selection was minimal but I was able to score a peach turnover, peanut butter donut, sugar twist & honey dip twist. The peach pastry was phenomenal- light, flaky crust and filled with juicy peaches. The donuts were a fresh & delicious but my favorite was the honey dip. We ate outside in the little courtyard by the fountain and while we were there a long line formed and I couldn't help but hope that everyone in line had called ahead because there wasn't even 2 dozen donuts left. We'll definitely be back.

Pretzel buns, burger buns and bread are all amazing. Great stuff! I ordered it through Sunflower Provisions and will do so again. Support small business!!
Everything was so fresh. The owner said he gets there at 4:30 every morning to bake and they are usually sold out of most items by 2:30 They use old fashioned recipes from years ago. Best cream filled donuts I ever ate. Cookies are huge and soooo good. I will definitely be back every time I am in Cumberland, Md - Yum !

When we visit Cumberland, we always stop by to pick up the truffle cookies and cinnamon rolls. The cookies are my favorite! The only down fall is they run out quickly which is unfortunate but worth the try!!

When my husband and I visit Cumberland, we ALWAYS have to stop at M & M. My husband absolutely loves the Custard Filled Coconut Donut and I love the Old Fashioned Cream Donut. Our trip this time was to celebrate our 40th Anniversary. Yay! Roger treated us to our favorite donuts and coffee...how SWEET of him. ...and of coarse, we had to purchase more to take back to New Jersey! What a special bakery...just like the ones we knew where we grew up. Thank you M & M Bakery.

We picked up some very delicious donuts to carry home; however the chocolate iced brownie and some cinnamon twist donuts were stale and dry. Go early on Saturday so there is still something left that you want, as the selection was limited by 10 a.m.

Perhaps this is really a preorder type of place. They had the same poor selection of sweets as every other place in Maryland - a raised donut, a chocolate covered cake, a raisin filled cookie and a brownie cookie filled with coconut. So disappointing.
