The female manager was terrible. Not only is she holding up DoorDash orders from drivers because she has an authoritative complex but also yells at her employees. I hope when she talks to her General Manager she mentions her negative actions too.

When I ordered, I didn't know their delivery went through doordash. The 'dasher' didn't grab half of the order. When I called Mcallisters for help, they told me to call doordash instead of providing any service. The problem is that I didn't have any contact from doordash, or a doordash order number, and doordash support said to call Mcallisters.
Maybe the restaurant should use a reputable, non-exploitative method for delivery instead. And I know I won't order delivery here again.

The food was okay I would not make a special trip but if I was nearby and hungry it would do.
Lots of great choices. Kiddos like the salads and spuds. The pick 2 is great to try more. Food is well above average for a deli chain.
Amazing place to eat! Delicious and incredible friendly.
