This McDonald's takes about 4 minutes a car so only go if there is no line. You will be late to wherever you were trying to get.

McDonald’s is the classic MVP of fast food, but this location’s execution feels hit-or-miss. The menu is consistent, but the service speed and order accuracy keep slipping out of alignment. Waiting too long for cold fries isn’t part of the value proposition. With a stronger focus on efficiency and quality control, this store could easily level up from “it’ll do” to a smooth, reliable go-to stop again.

Last stop for a quick breakfast stop in Lawrence after attending a KU football game. I always get the breakfast burrito and a senior coffee. They want you to order off the kiosk, but I always order at the counter.

Spent $12+ on food for me and my daughter. They forgot the happy meal toy for her and the one thing I ordered wasn’t worth it. The large fry that I paid 5 dollars for was cold and soggy. Wouldn’t recommend going to this McDonald’s. The one on 23rd is much better. And won’t forgot your kids toy.

I’ve gone to this McDonald’s multiple times and the foods always mid or terrible. I checked my coke the other day and it tasted like it was full of chemicals. I opened it up and literally had plastic strings in it. Also the fries are never warm unless your lucky as hell and the service is never that great other than this one guy at the window.

Was a great place for fast food. Not they serve cold food and undercooked food. My wife got sick after eating their food. Don't ever eat or order from this one go to the other ones they are better

This McDonald’s has the best service in Lawrence. The food seems like it’s always prepared freshly, and it’s always clean
Went here for breakfast and coffee and it was excellent. The staff was polite and professional while being focused and fast. The restroom was clean as was the dining room area ,plenty of parking and is handicap friendly. Great place for children and has outside dining if that's your thing .All in all a good place to have a quick meal.

I placed a mobile order, my debit card was charged, but my order was not visible on the app. When I brought this to an employee, he basically told me tough luck, so I left. Once I had made it back to work, I received a notification that my order was ready. I showed the employee the transaction proof from my bank and the mcdonalds app showing the order was not there, but I was charged. Not going to this location anymore. Garbage customer service.

I HATE the auto-greeter. It seems to be all McDonalds that do this now, but it's off-putting and annoying. I hate having some canned voice ask me if I'll be using the mobile app today. More than half the time the employee inside isn't even ready to take an order so if I try to actually respond to the auto-greeter I get silence or get cut-off and asked to wait.
