Sat outside in curbside pick up for 20 minutes as tons of cars went through the drive-through walked inside and asked how long it was gonna be and he said oh yeah we're getting to it and then my food came immediately out.

This place is the worst go anywhere else. The sins of this establishment are uncountable but mostly consist of giving my wife 0 of the 4 items they paid for(three absent one missing toppings) and sexual harassment.
Just dont even try to go inside. But either way you cant win at this location. I dont know how many times I've complained to no avail. From the ordering process not being fluid with other customers that are waiting on their order to the quality of the service being straight atrocious. Its a gamble if they even get your order right. Much less understand you. I dont think anyone at this location knows anything but very basic english. I really miss McDonald's having some decent service in Lawrence. They're frankly all bad now. Might as well wake up and make your own breakfast. It'll be cheaper, you'll get it right to your standards, and it will take you half the time. Im not loving it.
