$20 online order.. For whatever reason the order was cancelled after i paid for it and waiting on the drive thru to get it. So I pull off and call, the manager tonight asks my order and says he will bring it out to me. 30 mins later I had to pull up to the window and they still hand the wrong order to me. Night manager sucks

It's a McDonald's just like all McDonald's are but I'm so tired of them messing up my order every time I go.Parking: Very little parking and difficult to get in and out of parking spots because of constantly moving traffic.

They mess up the orders everytime. It got so bad that stopped going to to this location. I mean, I'm normally the person that doesn't care about mistakes sometimes. We're all human, but every single time? I mean, they mess up basic menu items. Why would I want a meal without french fries? Why would I order two burger just to get one? At that point their just waisting my money. They make the refund process difficult as well. Even if you catch it in time, they make you sit and wait for the rest of your food to come out. Not worth it.
$6 for two * TINY * breakfast burritos the size of a snickers bar (maybe even smaller) is absolutely ridiculous. These sausage burritos used to be $1 each. Now they are two for $5.38 before tax for a tortilla and 3 pieces of sausage.

Worst experience ever at a McDonalds! Ordered 2 happy meals asked for ranch and ketchup! She said your order says you didn't order sauce. I said OK can I have ranch and ketchup please. She handed me 2 packets of ranch ! I said can I have some Ketchup also? She said I just handed you a bunch of ranch! Apparently if you go thru drive up it's a inconvenience to give you condiments! They can keep their teaspoon of ketchup in their packet! We will Never go to McDonalds again! It will be Freddy's for us and the food and service is much better!
