I need a lot of McDonald's all across the land but this one here in Lawrence Kansas is the bomb I come here you got past friendly service or whatever it was wrong but the manager came out and corrected it and made everything right makes me want to come back

So fast at breakfast. This place understands that it's not just about the food itself. I pulled up to a curbside number, placed my order, and had it before the car that was at the end of the drive thru line when I pulled up was at the window. And, the drive thru was moving fast!

I took my Grandkids here because they wanted to play. I accidentally ordered in the app ahead of time and when I got there, I realized I ordered from a different location. Jorge was extremely helpful and accommodating. He went out of his way to help me cancel my order and reorder. Max was also helpful and very nice. Thanks for the GREAT customer service!

I don’t like the fact one I can’t get my own drink… and the BIGGEST PROBLEM I HAVE they don’t even have napkin dispensers on the counter tops by the soda machine… I shouldn’t have to ask every time I want a napkin. This store is garbage the boss is garbage and most of the employees are as well.
I used the app to make things go faster like they advertised. After giving my order number I set in the drive through line for 7-10 minutes before I get to the first window then after receiving my receipt I wait long only to get to the final window to get my food to be told we are waiting on fries 🍟 will you pull around d and we will bring it out to you ... another 5-7 minutes wait and when I got my food the fries where luke warm at best and they have the wrong dipping sauce for my nuggets and the rest of the food is cold.

Don't go at night. They'll cancel your order, make you wait again for said order, and never actually make it. Then you'll go inside, everyone will disappear, and it will take talking to 4 people to get your order made. Sorry excuse for a manager and staff.
