If I could give zero stars, I wouldWent there for lunch they sold me a raw burger. Very disgusting. Call to complain nobody cared would love to post a picture of what it look like what they’re serving customers. I hope I don’t get sick cause I ate some of it.

Had my worst mcdonalds experience at this store today, waited in curbside for over 20 minutes just to notice that my ordered was marked as done and received but i never got my order, so I walked in to grab it, but it took over 5 minutes for someone to notice me as my food is sitting in the red basket, once I did get someone I told them what happened and they said I have to wait for it to be done so I told him that my order was right there and he rolled his eyes and scoffed as he handed cold food to me.
If management wants to look into it, it was order 1956 made at 530 PM was marked for curbside #8

Forgot my collector glass on a $15 10 piece, absolutely pitiful
I just had the worst experience at this McDonald’s. My daughter and I ordered food and then went to the play area. She is 4 years old, she went down the slide and came out complaining it was “muddy”. It in fact was not mud, but feces. A child had pooped down the slide. When I went to tell the manager he told me he already knew and it was “just a baby” - which is not possible that a baby climbed stairs and went down this big of a slide - plus it doesn’t matter where it came from the play area should have been closed. He said “I don’t have time to clean it” - which I understand when you are short staffed, the play area should have been closed. He still didn’t close it after I showed him the feces that my daughter had all down her legs, her bottom and feet - I had to throw her clothes away in the bathroom and carry her outside to the car almost completely naked. The manager and lady cleaning tables were very rude to me. I asked her to close the slide until she got it clean and she completely ignored me. Completely disgusting, I will never return.

Look, we all know the food is alright. It's why we continue to grace the doors and drive-thru's of a quintessential American institute, McDonald's.
This store is my neighborhood Mickey D's.
The atmosphere is the same as any other with a playplace, bathrooms, and captialisms new best friend, self-pay kiosks.
The staff are friendly, and I want to give a better rating because of this. But I simply cannot, I believe they are sorely understaffed, and it reflects on the waiting times and order accuracy.
I am submitting this review in the hopes that they remedy this. My children like it. Do it for the kids, Ron. For the kids.
