Ordered two pizzas for a pickup time of 5:30, total cost including 20% tip is about $83. Arrived at 5:28 pm, they handed me my pizzas immediately and we headed to an event 5 minutes away to eat. The pizzas were room temperature. Not lukewarm… room temperature, and had soaked through the box, so had clearly been made far in advance. Not even kept at food safe temperature. I’d like my tip back because, with that kind of service, what was that generous tip for pickup-only for?

If you want a mediocre beer menu, lack of DF and GF free food, and people staring at you while you try and drink a beer and talk to a friend, please enjoy! Love the beergarden, tho.

Pizza was good. Server was good. But it was 20 degrees outside and they sat us in a booth just a few feet from the door. It was freezing in there. There were only a few tables that had customers, so there was no reason to seat us next to the door. It's always cold in there. I'll be back in the summer.

Had not been here in many years, but was in town visiting family for the holidays. Went with some friends and the soft pretzels were nice and warm with decent flavor. I had a grilled chicken sandwich, with avocado, that was good, nothing exciting and pretty average. Kind of miss the days when they had pool tables. I am guessing it is under new ownership. I was told it closed for a few years and opened more recently and in this new location. I am told the pizza is good. Seems like your typical bar and grill, but not quite the same as before. That being said, I would eat there again and try something else.

Went into the Lawrence location at 9 when they close at 11 and everyone was cleaning. Really made me and my family feel like we needed to hurry and get out. Plus our server was not friendly at all. She started mopping right in front of our table as we were eating. Not a place I will ever recommend to anyone.

I went into old Chicago because I was pretty hungry. It’s been years. The service was friendly but I’m not much to openly complain. I ordered a margarita and spinach artichoke dip because they were highlighted on the menu. There was probably more oil in it than anything served with the kind of chips you would find in a Chinese restaurant but were heavily oily as well. I kind of felt sick eating on it. I also had a burger the beer cheddar burger which was a little better. Slightly burnt.. I would normally order a side of fries but instead I ordered a side of broccoli as well to try to balance the heavy oils I was consuming. It was steamed and uneventful. 37 bucks was a lot for the quality. I still tipped because it’s not the servers fault. I probably won’t come back but if I do I will stick with a pizza.

The food took a long time, the waitress forgot what we ordered, and when it finally got brought out it was cold.

I called in an order at 445, the host said it would take 20/25 min..

Ordered the chicken parm and pesto chicken fettachini alfredo.

I arrived at 515, gave it a little extra time being it's a holiday and dinner time..when I arrived there were 3 host and the place was dead or not busy. I mentioned I was picking up an order. The host wearing a purple number 24 jersey with no identifying name tag let me know there was no order under my name. Then checked the host notebook and saw my order and let me know it was not placed. And that it would be an additional 30-45 min wait.

I asked to speak to the manager and out of nowhere the young lady started being snarky, rude and very unprofessional as if my request was out of the ordinary. The young man who was still at the host stand apoalgized for the inconveniance.

Blake then approached me an introduced himself apolagizing for the error said he could put the items in on the fly and offered me somthing to drink while I waited. I had my dog in my ac running car so I asked for a cup of ice water for her since she would be the ancy one not me.

He got me an ice water and comped one of the items i had ordered.

He was so kind and helpful.

He brought the food out to me no less than 10 min later and both items felt piping hot.

We ate the food. The chicken parm had a hint of spice to it while the parm itself was tender the breeding was burnt black only covered up by the red marinara sauce, over all I give this dish a 7 out of 10 because of the burnt breeding.

The chicken pesto fettachini was very bland didn't taste the pesto , lacked salt and pepper the pasta was overcooked and fell apart so I had to use a spoon instead of a for. There also was barely any chicken in it not worth the value at all. Give this dish a 1 out of 10.

The atmosphere was nice they have a patio with an exterior bar attached to it which is really nice and would be pleasant on the winter with some hesters or summer with some fans.

Overall i give them a 4 out of 5 stars or out of my 10 rating a 7.

I didn't take any photos of the food becsuse I felt none would compliment this establishment and only hurt their reputation on food prep and presentation.

Ordered 2 calzones they were burnt and all the ingredients were in the middle and very skimpy.
Compared to Gambinos they are horrible.
