I pre-ordered and paid for a dozen bagels, indicating a specific pickup time that fit my work schedule (exactly as the requires). When I arrived at that time, Z's had given my order to a random drive-thru customer with a completely different name.When I contacted Olive&I about this terrible experience, they attempted to suggest ways it was somehow my fault (I was on time, pre-paid for my order, and then it was given away to a stranger). No effort was made to confirm that the thief was authorized to take my paid order.They should have been embarrassed about this mistake and tried to suggest a solution or way to make it right, but no.I'm also concerned how the thief even knew about my order, indicating a potential data leak with their order site or Z's.
