This place has dropped out of our favorite places to eat in Lawrence. We ordered the Quesabrilla’s and they came out perfect, the steak tacos were not steak, we were given ground beef, and we ordered one red pork tamale, however the tamale was burnt. It seemed reheated and not steamed because the corn husk was dry and hard. The masa was burned hard and crunchy…it was a disappointment for us. We normally come when the elder gentleman takes care of the front but our last few times in he’s not been there. We got a woman, and her service was poor. She seems to not want to interact with customers, enters orders incorrectly and pays more attention to her personal phone than customers.I hate to see this place become poor. It’s definitely a great place to eat. I hope they can fix this.

Used to be good. Now, you're lucky if your online order goes through. If it doesn't, your order will be wrong and they will remake half of the order with the kids running everywhere and touching all your stuff. While that's going on the other half of your order will get cold. I waited until I had gone here a few more times to post this as everyone has a bad day, from time to time. It's consistently like this. We won't be back.

The worst Mexican food I have had in Lawrence KS many friends recommended it if they had off day I paid for it will never give second chance it was that bad eat 1/3 of my food and walked after spending 40 dollars for 2 persons to eat

Just okay. Tostada was missing a couple listed ingredients, quesabirirra tacos missing the additional tortilla with cheese in between the tortillas. Salsas were excellent; red is actually spicy! Ladies working were great. Wouldn't come back, but glad I tried what seems to be Lawrences' best Mexican food. Seemed pricey for what I got.
