There was only three customers ahead of my wife and I and it still took 20 minutes to order our food, when I asked a gentleman behind the counter when he was going to start taking care of the customers inside the store, he said when he gets time and there was no sense of urgency, none whatsoever. There were people lined up almost out the door and they just did not even pay any attention to any of us. The first one I would start with is the manager. He would be the first one I would fire. Personally, I think the store needs to be restaffed because the cooks and the back had no sense of urgency neither. I was at another Panda Express in overland Park and there was a line of people there. But their sense of urgency was awesome because that line didn't last long at all. People got their food tremendously quick

I ordered from here off of Door Dash. The fried rice I bought had absolutely no flavor at all, the chow mein was swimming in sauce, and the bag that the apple rolls were in was covered in grease
I am a single mom to a velcro newborn baby, so I usually order off of Door Dash bc making a simple meal one handed isn't very easy and I need to eat something
Door Dash didn't want to give us a refund, so I called the store to speak to the manager. He was polite, understanding, and helped us get a full refund, but I am still disappointed because this was supposed to be my dinner after I hadn't eaten a single thing all day

I went in for lunch and once I sat down to eat I noticed there was something in the kung pao chicken I could not chew. I emptied my mouth to find a 1/2 inch piece of steel wool. My mouth started tasting like chemicals and I stopped eating.
I let the staff know it was in the Kung Pao and they just threw the steel wool away. No apology or acknowledgment. They didn’t even tell the cooks. They even kept serving the remainder of the Kung Pao to other customers.
I tried eating the Kung Pao but noticed a chemical taste like industrial soap. I threw the rest of my entire meal away including the small side serving of Kung Pao I got as a reward.
There was no manager onsite. Never going back
The manager should be a little more assertive in getting the staff to be attentive to the front of house during busy times.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have two handicap parking spots right in front, however they will be blocked by the Sygma food delivery truck once or twice a week. The doors are not ADA assisted doors and can be hard to open and navigate if in a wheel chair. They do have two ADA tables.

The employees were rude and the pop station was dirty and not stocked with silverware. I will not be going back.

Had an online doordash order. I kept getting skipped by walk ins. Ignoring people who deliver food for you is extremely disrespectful
They have no lo mein then they say that yeah we it’s gonna be a while until we make some more and then five minutes later when you get your food and sit down, they bring out a whole new tub of fresh lo mein.

10 dollars for a bowl filled to the brim with rice and half a scoop of beef is sad and it's only 2 employees that work there that jip you on everything. They need to train consistent food portions.

Awful. Went here twice since moving to lawrence in March. Bith times it was poorly managed and food was Awful. Me and my wife went to panda all the time when we lived in Independence mo but this one is Awful. The food is extremely greasy and old. We decided to try again today and same outcome. Would not recommend this place at all. It's sad that you can go anywhere else and have a way better experience and food then this place. Will never try this place again unless it goes completely under new management and people actually want to be there to do there jobs the right way.

Gave the place another chance.... The items I got did not taste fresh. No less than 6 employees standing around chatting in the kitchen and one plating the food while there was a line of customers. The place is pretty new but seemed dirty. No leadership/manager in sight... None that was acting like one at least.

Donuts to dollars, if nothing changes a year from now , the space they occupy will be for lease... Without question.. this place is the worst. You just leave feeling ripped off. No part of you will say I'm glad I went in there. Rarely is the food fresh I just walked out of this place my two entrees don't fill up the tiny portions of the styrofoam my side which is the white rice is about the equivalent of a wheelbarrow and fills up the main section of the styrofoam if you value your money you're not eat here was told I could mix my entree then was told that the register it was a dollar fifty extra this place is a joke in the rip off the service is subpar the food always looks dry and old if you value your money do not eat here
