Today the orange chicken tasted burnt. Like they burnt the sauce with a bunch of burnt black flakes in it. And I asked specifically for sweet and sour and didn't get any. Every time I come in and ask for sweet and sour and every time the cashier forgets.

This place is always a hit or miss. Went in early hoping for fresh food but I doubt what I got was fresh.
The rice was dried out like toilet paper. The meat entrees were tiny , and the broccoli wasn't cleaned up. Also, there were no bags for the drivers to pick up orders. Everything had to be stacked and carried individually, sitting

Everyone was friendly and fast. The food was absolutely amazing! Best Panda Express iv ever had! Place is also super clean!They were super busy so food was fresh, not very talkative but the interaction of good!

Service People are nice here, and it's not anything to do with them, in my experience but I just can't stand the food. Fried Rice is mushy and flavorless. Everything is way too sweet and everything is also vaguely beige?? Even the smell when you're nearby outside is cloying and unpleasant.
The food has no tastes. I had kun foo chicken I don't think there was any chicken it it at all. And beiging beef with no beef in it. The portions a service were good.

Horrible customer service from the server Liz. Food looks extremely old and hardly anything, like they weren't cooking much and keeping it fresh. The lady rolled her eyes at me and said she isn't the cook so it's not her problem if the food isn't edible.
Food was hot and fresh. But if you're going for friendly customer service this is not the place to go. Elizabeth was incredibly short and rude when being asked questions, rolling her eyes and throwing sauce into the bag annoyed.Definitely will not be going back to this location.

Went here just now to get a bowl of food. He loaded it with white rice. I asked for sweet fire chicken breast. I counted only 6 small pieces of chicken and 1 piece of pineapple. When I asked if he could put more on it than the half a scoop (many other places give you more) He said "it was more than half a scoop but since I'm nice I will gove you more." In a sarcastically rude tone. I don't know what is up with these food chains constantly ripping people off but it's ridiculous. To charge someone as much as they do for a bowl of food and fill it with rice and you barely get what you actually wanted is ridiculous. I will never go back to this location again. So you're going to be overcharged because there isn't much food going into your bowl.

I go in short staffed you have to look to see what they got more interested in filling orders on line instead of waiting on customers in line I went in at 4pm one person running everything right before the afternoon rush bad management I would say. I walked out the person in front of me said she would wait they had something she like a desert roll.

Awful, I ordered online an hour ahead to pickup the order at 1:45 and when inarrived the one at the counter requested me to show the order's name. I told him my name and what the order is and also I shewed him the invoice number, but he still requesting the order name. I opened the browser again went to the history opened the web page and finally found the order with the name and showed it to him. Instead of received my order I get a "you have to wait, the order is not ready". Then other guy told me, it takes like 5 minutes because the brocoli beef is not ready, then I said ok. Finally after 15minutes I received my order to see that there was only one beef strip. Extremely disappointed.
