I ordered a salad and I dont think they checked the lettuce today because it was bad I kept picking out the bad leafs ended up throwing the whole salad away except for croutons and chicken.

Have been there several times and always disappointed. I think they have the ingredients to make good food, but don't take the time to prepare well. Ordered chicken wild rice soup (take out) and got basically broth - one small piece of chicken, a couple small carrot pieces and literally 3 grains of rice. Clearly just ladled off the top. I know they probably can't find good help and the kids that work there couldn't care less, but c'mon.

Just had the poorest made sandwich I have ever had at Panera!! My son, daughter, and I tried this Panera on 6th St., because we LOVE Panera on 23rd St. here in Lawrence. Disappointed to say the least!! The soup we had was okay, but the sandwiches did not even come up to the standard I expect from Panera!! 1 little piece of bacon on a BLT, and look at the little bit of cheese? Also, the staff at register did not know answers to questions. Not going back!! Also… AC was not working in a new building!
I don't know. I used to love Panera. Not sure if the company has changed or the available workforce has changed, but the service is abysmal lately.
This is a brand new location and the first time I went in. As I walked in, a guy had just paid for his order and the cashier went into the back without acknowledging me. 5 minutes later, still no one wanting to take my money for anything. I walked out.

This is the slowest Panera I’ve ever been to. The first time I just assumed they were new and figuring things out, but I’ve been a few times now and it’s always abysmally slow. I just spent 30 mins in the drive through for a small Mac and cheese - they microwave those it shouldn’t take more than 5.
