We ordered a pizza for delivery, along with brownies, breadsticks and extra dipping sauce. The delivery driver brought everything but the pizza. I tried to flag him down but he got in his car and drove away. I called the store and they said it was left there and they’d send it with the next driver. 35 minutes later I still had no pizza, called and was told they forgot it, again. Was told they would send a fresh pizza, as ours was now cold, with the next driver. 30 minutes passed again and still no pizza. Called again, told it is out with a driver. The order was just a large cheese pizza and we live about 10-15 minutes from the store, for reference. After the next 15 minutes went by my husband decided to just drive to the store to find out what the problem was and just pick up a dang cheese pizza. I get that mistakes happen and if they had sent us a pizza the first or even the second time I called I would not be writing a review honestly. But 1.5 hours seems excessive….

I get food there at 12 am after a workout because I’m hungry. I’m the only one in the restraunt and it’s late so I give them a tip for the food I order at the counter as well. I tell them light jalapeños and no cheese because I have a serious allergy caused by dairy products. They proceed to make it a reasonable time, and tell me in person that there’s no cheese and have a good night. Mind you I’m the only person in the restraunt at the time. From the glance, the pizza looks good as you can see and no visible cheese. I eat some and start feeling bad after noticing the cheese under the sauce at the bottom. This is also after I had to take of the mountain of jalapeños they put on there. I do not feel well after this and might get myself checked out because of the vast amount of dairy THEY said was not on the pizza. My order was not complex, nor was it lots of pizzas, just one. Do not go here ever, they do not care about requests and they obviously don’t take there job seriously. This was my favorite pizza place before, not now.

Order a large pizza gpt a weird shapped pizza that only filled the box by 2/3rds at best. One slice wasn't any larger than the sauce cup. I called them to tell them they likely gave me a medium and have been on hold for 20 minutes now without a single person talking to me. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

I ordered two pizzas and two orders of chicken wings for pickup. Everything was edible but kind of blah. I had very little interaction with the cashier, but she seemed nice enough. I definitely won't be driving across town to go their again anytime soon.

I enjoyed a great pizza for Fathers Day, and out delivery driver was top-notch. I am in a place where delivery guys try to leave things at the front office, and this driver took care to put the hot pizza in my hands. I am sorry I don't have his name, but this driver made our night with a nice hot pizza!

A couple years ago I swear I wouldn't eat here anymore. The changes they've made with the staff is great! The pizza is better quality, the service is better, everyone's friendly and seems to care about what they're doing. Great turnaround!

Pretty solid it was super quick. I did carry out inside the store and it was ready and to be honest for the price you can’t beat it. I really enjoyed the pizza and overall will get it again.

i get that we ordered around 11pm but this place is open till 3am. this was supposed to be a large regular stuffed crust pizza with cheese sticks but instead we got paper thin pizza with air pocket crust and cheese glob bread

Papa John’s Just Lost a Customer Over 30 Cents
I’ve been a loyal customer of Papa John’s for a while, but today was the last straw. I placed my order as usual, and when a small price discrepancy came up—just 30 cents—they refused to work with me. It wasn’t about the money; it was about the principle. Good customer service means valuing customers over pocket change, and clearly, that’s not a priority for them.
If a company is willing to lose a regular customer over such a small amount, it says a lot about how much they actually care. There are plenty of other pizza places that appreciate their customers—I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Oh my god the pizza was about 1/4 of the size it should be crammed into a corner of the box. Clearly this delivery driver has no idea that a pizza must remain flat. It’s terrible

Ordered a pizza and lord have mercy.. By far the most greasy pizza I seen in my life. Grease was caked up on the whole bottom of the box. The pizza was dripping with grease and the cheese and toppings were easily sliding off from just holding it. It was a mission to eat a single slice. Threw the rest away. I understand pizza has grease, but this wasn't edible by any means. Spent over $40 for this crap you call pizza.
