They used to be awesome but they got rid of deep river chips and replaced them with boulder canyon chips. This is a massive massive downgrade on the jalapeno kettle chips front.

They changed their delivery service and now their deliveries never arrive. I have had to call multiple times to get refunds for meals I ordered that never showed up. Don't order delivery from them, it won't arrive. Food is still good if only I could get it.

Dont do a pick up order here. Employees will just stand and stare at you for 15 minutes and make you cut in front of a customer for your order to be picked up

The place is always clean. Just be aware that standard dress means tomato, lettuce and mayo. You have to ask for the extra vegetables.

Almost empty until we sat down, then a lot of people walked in and ordered their meals. That is a good sign.
Toasted sandwiches are incredible, delicious, and fresh vegetables such as lettuce, etc. It could be a bit longer sandwiches.
The staff is very polite and friendly.
Super clean inside and outside.
And, they offer a military discount. Thank you, guys!

I usually don’t go out of my way to write restaurant reviews, but this afternoon, I had an extremely frustrating and irritating experience while picking up an order in-person at the Pickleman’s location on Clinton Pkwy. I usually order online delivery at this location, but today I chose to pick-up my order since I added a pretty nice tip to my order.

When I arrived I could tell the workers were in a bit of a lunch rush, so I walked directly to the pick-up counter to pick up my food that I’d already paid for. I stood there for 10 minutes making eye contact with every person that was behind the counter, but nobody once asked me if I needed help. A guy worker saw me and asked “Are you waiting for a pizza?” and when I replied, “No, I'm actually here to pick up my online order,” he turned his back and ignored me! I then stood there for an additional few minutes, being ignored by all the workers, until another customer walked up to the pick-up counter and was greeted with a —“Hi, are you here to pick up an order?” — immediately! For context, I arrived at the location at 12:35 and didn’t leave with my order until 12:50pm.

Finally, I firmly said “Can y’all check to see if my order is ready????” —after which they finally asked me my name and handed me my order. I didn’t address my issue with their customer service in person because I worked in food service for years, and didn’t want to seem like “that customer,” but quite frankly this was the rudest interaction I’ve had at a restaurant in a while!

I’m not sure if I’ll ever return to this Pickleman’s location even though it’s closer to my home. I might have to start making the drive across Lawrence to Mass. Street for a better customer experience.
