Refused to refund me for the half of my order I didn’t receive. Claimed they could only give me store credit, which of course can’t be redeemed online where they force you to order if you want their deals. If I would have known they used doordash to deliver now I wouldn’t have bothered (which is probably why they don’t disclose until after you order…).

Ordered on Door Dash. Everything was fine, until Pizza Hut. They decided they were not going to deliver the order. I have Door dashed Pizza Hut plenty of times. The store just didn't want to do the leg work. I will never order Pizza hut again because of 600 W 23rd St, Lawrence, KS 66046 location.
Delivered to wrong house, had to convince the person on the phone that just replacing the food wasn't adequate recompense, no apology, tip should have been refunded because tips are for GOOD SERVICE! Apparently comparing house numbers to what's on the order is really difficult.

Ordered last night before close for my and the wings were hard no sauce barley and the brownie was not done all the way and the pizza melt was super hard my daughter couldn’t even eat it and when I called back they were closed I had called this morning and the manager just had an excuse for everything it’s my first and last time ordering from this location as I just moved back down here after years of being out of Lawrence 0/10 recommend all I wanted was a refund ?
