Don't want to sound cheesy, ha! Get it? But no, seriously, these guys are super passionate about making pizza. You can see it on their faces when you walk in. They like their job. Six bucks for a lunch walk-in special is jaw-dropping these days. Oh, and the pizzas are great!

Nice place with good deals but had to remove a star after watching a roach crawl across all of the napkins and silverware. Edit: Also taking away another star because they now don't open until 11 so I can't come in anymore. Sad!

When we come back to Lawrence, one of our first meals is PS! We each look forward to our own specialty pizza. We usually get delivery but stopped by for take-out on our last visit. Our main suggestion is to have a people-person greet customers and take orders instead of being sulky and flat-line. The face of a company should be welcoming and friendly, IMHO. We'll continue with delivery instead of coming into the store. The delivery people have always been friendly and personable.

I got the walk-in special, a small one-topping pizza and drink for $6. I chose onions as my topping. They were very poorly cut in large, irregular shapes. There was nothing special about the sauce or the cheese, pretty generic, and my pizza had a skimpy amount of cheese. The crust was bland and kinda cardboardy, similar to a mediocre frozen pizza.
Promptly served. Price-wise a good bargain. Open late. For these reasons I might try again. But if I do try again and the pizza quality is not better than my first time there, I don't think I'd go back there a third time.
