The drinks a pretty good, I’ve had a few different ones from the menu. I’ve enjoyed come here in the past but lately, the customer service was a bit dry or be yet their was no customer service. I had to greet them and thank them but shouldn’t it be the other way around. The floors also always seem a bit untidy. Hopefully it get better

My wife usually comes in the evenings and always has an uneventful experience. Today I joined her thinking it would be different and the two employees working didn’t seem very enthused that we even opened the door to the establishment. Then informed us they were out of boba…. Which is the main ingredient in their drinks… it seems they already cleaned up for the night and didn’t want to make any more drinks.

Normally a place to get acceptable boba, today I found HAIR in the boba. Mixed in with the boba pearls. What the heck?? That’s so gross. Go to Bubble Box, they would never.

Drink is good. Walked in around 5pm on Monday but was informed they don’t have waffle pancakes today. Saw the advertisement on the window so it’s a disappointment that they don’t have whatever they’re advertising for.

Personally, the tea here is great! They have many different add-in’s and tea flavors, and I love to come here every so often. Sometimes the staff can be off-task, but I get it…I bet ya’ll have had a long day! But other than that, totally recommend coming here!

I’ve been to this place many times over the course of many years and it pains me to say I didn’t love my experience today. Every-time I’ve been in the people have been pleasant, the tea great, something that I drive specifically to Lawrence for. This time fell short, perhaps the staff had a long day, I wasn’t even greeted with a “Hello” or any type of acknowledgement, and as soon as I get my order and sit down I’m followed by the most uncomfortable silence while they are obviously waiting for me to leave. I get it, I’ve been there, but I paid $7 for what ended up being a cup of milk with some ice in it. I always love going here and will come again, but I shouldn’t have to beg for some basic kindness as a customer.

I am so bummed about my experience on Saturday 3/29 ~7:30pm. My husband and I had our first date night in months and we were so excited to swing by this location as it’s super close to our house and we’ve been wanting to try it for a while. When we arrived, a person with glasses wearing overalls was at the register to ring in our order. They started our transaction with a wide open mouth yawn. I said, “hi, how’s it going?” and this person stared blankly at me and didn’t respond. I wish I would have left right then but I chalked it up to maybe being just a bad start.
After we ordered we were informed the waffle machine needed to heat up so that would be an extra 5 minutes which was genuinely fine, we weren’t worried about hanging out- but because of this wait I got to experience the dynamics at play between the crew.
As we waited for the machine to heat up, I watched two of the workers clearly not getting along - the same one who rang us up with glasses and another employee with reddish hair. They were using snappy language with one another & I was so uncomfortable I considered leaving without our drink and waffle cup, but because we wanted to finish out our evening with a treat we continued to wait.
The waffle & our drink was delicious and I would no doubt go back for these items again if it weren’t for the awful & very uncomfortable experience of the employees. Such a bummer! I will definitely not be returning and I’ll be glad to share my experience with anyone who is considering stopping by this location.

The boba was way too hard and chewy. I wasn’t allowed to use my punch card. They didn’t put any milk in my Thai ice milk tea (they got the order right… just made it wrong).
