i wanna start this off by i used to come here all the time and it was my favorite boba place in lawrence. the decor is so cute and the staff was always really nice. the last few times i've been there though has been kinda awful. one time, i had ordered a drink with boba and the cashier checked me out and the cashier was kinda rude in the way that they spoke to me but i ignored it. it wasn't until i overheard them telling another customer that they were out of boba so i went up and asked and they were out. i asked if they could give me a refund and they said that they were already halfway through making the drink and they could either add a different topping or not have any topping. another time i went they had boba and made me the drink but there were huge chunks of ice and wasn't blended well at all. it kinda sucks cause i loved this place but i don't know if ill come back :/

The ladies were on the phone and not very welcoming when customers walked in and immediately after taking orders they resumed on their devices. I ordered 2 drinks and they were medicore. My daughter and I actually got sick and threw up afterward, which compelled me to pour out the bottom of my drink. After I poured it into the sink, you can see chunks of curdled milk! No wonder we were both sick and threw it up. Yuck, it was not a pleasant experience all the way around! I do not recommend.

Pretty good flavors, cute cozy shop with plenty of boba tea options to choose from. Plenty of toppings. Does offer few dessert options like waffles and such. We always come here for their Panda milk tea which comes with combination of regular tapioca balls and crystal boba. Light but hits the point. I do enjoy some of their drinks but I wouldn't recommend getting the waffles as it is not that great. Customer service is great. Very welcoming. They do have new flavor options once in awhile so give it a try when you visit Lawrence, Kansas. It's about 1 hr drive for us, but we do stop by 1-2 times a week.

My friend and I walked in and ordered 2 drinks and 2 waffles. There were only 2 people in there besides us, but they were already drinking their teas. It took about 15-20 minutes just to get our drinks and food and there were 2 employees. The boba was very hard and chewy, most likely too cold and old. The waffles were alright but made both my friend and I sick the day after. Will probably come back at some point, but for now, will definitely avoid.

1st impression clean place nice atmosphere. Seems like a cozy place to hang out if you're there with some friends. I ended up ordering the strawberry fruit tea with black pearls and it tasted pretty good. Definitely will come back to try other flavors.

Well im here in Lawrence, Ks checking out this boba milk tea spot.Well the service was great. The card reader failed unfortunately.Now if you see that they have crepes. That's wrong and they haven't sold them for a year. This is what I was coming for. ?Moving on lol. They have a wide range of coffee, Thai tea, brown sugar, milk tea and fruit tea. ?Now the decor has a nice vibe upfront is great. But I loved what I got.Kid-friendliness: Local hangout for the younger people.Parking: Lots of parking.

The teas are always all really good. The service sucks, they always say they're out of something after you've ordered it. They seem too lazy to make the bubble waffles, always claiming to only make enough batter for 6 a day. They also only put one scoop of ice cream when I've gotten two scoops the last two times I went. After ordering the ambiance is awkward because of hard they try to make you not order. I also saw the worker keep putting her hand under her shirt(she had a crop top on so it was easy to see her scratching her under boob), that's very unsanitary. There's only two very nice workers, the rest are just rude and lazy. I understand I have a family of 6 ordering but I always tip really well. I also always go two hours before closing.
