It was so dirty in the restaurant! It was not busy at all! There was not one table cleaned and the self serve drink area was filthy! No napkins, sauce everywhere! The floor looked like it hadn’t been swept or mopped in months! I was so grossed out I didn’t even get my food and left!

I had an extremely rude bartender. He gave me a drink I did not order. I asked what the drink was and told him I did not order it and he raised his voice at me telling me I need to speak up. I did not even want to go back up to get another drink because of this interaction.

Legitimately the worst tacos I’ve ever had. No flavor, incredibly disappointing. Even the Queso was mid. How do you mess up Queso?? Anyone who says they like this place has no tastebuds or only comes for the alchohol. Will not be coming back

Should be 100 stars. Best most balanced margaritas. Not too sweet and perfect balance of high end tequila and mix.
Watching people in street clothes walk in and out of the kitchen, one guy has to be helped by his friend to get outside. Went to order food at the counter and they told me to go to the bar, and the bartender told me it would be faster yo order at the counter. Food was mediocre. Service was so weird. Half eaten food on the service counter. Not very appealing or hygenic. People going in the kitchen with open toed slide shoes. Not professional. Get it together.Updating this 15 minutes later. Watched an enployee pick their nose. No paper towels in the mens room. Bathroom was gross

Waited at the bar for at least 30 minutes with no one waiting and the girls were just acting like we weren’t standing there. Not even an acknowledgment smh. Several people ahead of us left the line. The manager should get this together. They missed out on a lot of business that day.
I loved going to this location intil about two-three months ago. Service is so slow and the employees are rude. I wait at the register for 10 minutes while the employees stand in front of the fryers talking. (Second this has happened) This time I sat back down I noticed the employee who took our order was eating a chip and hitting their vape. (Making my food) The bartender was taking out the trash and I guess the bag was split because it left a huge puddle on the ground right in front of our table. He apologized but then never came to clean it up. Love the garbage smell while eating. Right after that an employee came out with our food. Slammed the platter down and walk away. I love Rusty’s but man was I disappointed in the way my husband and I were being treated. I would love to see better customer service because tonight it was both there.
