The acai bowl wasn't like I had imagined, the fruit wasn't ripe, the acai had little flavor, and way too much money. Good thing I shared it because I wouldn't have eaten all of it myself only because I wasn't impressed. Nothing will beat the acai bowl we had in Hawaii, I guess.

everything tasted absolutely delicious generally ?this is our usual location as a fam bam and we've spent more than a thousand in smoothies/smoothie bowls throughout the past six months. we have noticed a decline in the employees overall demeanor; most seem bothered taking and fulfilling the order more often then not now. there seems to be a lack of pride in their work and it shows in more ways than one.

Smoothie bowls have lacked quality, normally a $10 dollar bowl would need a lid to hold all of it in. The last few bowls from this location dont even require a lid because its only half full.

Rewards were reflected on receipt but not on the transaction history in the app. $1 overcharge on each visit. Meaning there was no benefit from being a rewards customer. Help line could not explain the discrepancy and did not reimburse. Closed my account due to lack of explanation/ help.

Truthfully, the smoothies and most of the employees are great. However, I have consistently tried to talk to someone about the people who call themselves managers at this store. Every time I have had a complaint or issue, it gets shrugged off completely. I have no idea why this franchise continues to let them run the store. They get visibly annoyed when it is busy, boss around employees, and it is obvious they think they are better than their staff. Quick service does not always equal good service.

This smoothie king location is amazing and the employees always are doing their best despite everything that gets thrown at them. Even when the store is busy, they deliver top tier service. Manager grace and assistant manager Maddie do a phenomenal job at running the store, taking care of their employees, and meeting customer expectations. They as well as the other employees are a great representation of smoothie king. Don’t listen to the negative nancies who have nothing better to do than try and bring down the store with false reviews. If there is any review to take into consideration, it’s this one. Smoothie King Lawrence is the best!!!

Food and smoothies are delicious but don’t continue to talk and giggle to your co worker for a total 3 minutes after you see me standing up at the front ready to order….literally who does that?? It was a girl who took my order after she got done talking about something that was obviously so much more important than my money.

Omg this place is amazing! They have huge smoothies too. They are so delicious and you can make your smoothie just about however you want. I got a few different ones and they were all amazing. The strawberry energy one and the pineapple energy one were super delicious.

Good AND healthy! Love it. Can’t wait to come back. The gentleman at the front was helpful and answered my questions with experience. The smoothie was so darn good. Literally can’t wait to come back for a post-workout breakfast smoothie. I skipped breakfast and lunch and had a 20 oz smoothie and it filled me up until dinner. So happy.
