Really, really screwed up that you MAKE your carhops ask if people want a pretzel after I’ve stated ‘that’s it’ on my order, Carley Cescon. Most people are just getting a beverage here and are trying to get back home after a grueling 8-10 hour shift. I tipped the carhop pretty well today because I got angry at her for asking me this question after I was clear about just wanting one item, I had no idea you guys were forcing people to ask for add-ons. I won’t be coming here anymore. I hope your carhops find better career paths, quickly.

Customers are leaving because nobody answers the red button, my red button timed out and screen went dark and stayed dark like someone turned it off, went to another screen and had to repeat 4 times before order was correct. CARLEY DO BETTER.
