The service is designed to be minimal. Order at the counter and food is brought to you. There is not much more interaction than that. This wasn't a bother for what we needed at the time, so really no issue.

Extremely disappointed with my most recent trip here. I waited over 10 minutes for a carry out order before I was even asked what the name was for the order. On top of that, the pizza seems to be absurdly overpriced for the amount that you receive.

It wasn't amazing. I ordered extra cheese and the pizza had almost no cheese on it. I also ordered a gluten free crust and the edges were completely burned. I was thoroughly disappointed with my $24 pizza. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this place for their pizza. Service was fantastic!

I’ve been a regular for about four years now and have never once had a bad experience. The food is great and the staff is kind, professional, and quick. Stone in particular has been super helpful!
Ordered 2 large pizzas for pickup. When I got home, I noticed that the pizzas were medium. I called and I spoke to Adam. He apologized and offered me two options, a full refund or to remake my whole order. I ended up asking for a remake for the next day. I picked it up the next day and it was perfect. I am definitely going to stop by and dine in one day!

For what your getting its too expensive. Our pizza one was also cold. I also said something nice to our cashier and he decided to make a joke about me to his coworkers. So needless to say we wont be back.

Last time salad came then waited over an hour for pizza. Never came. They said they lost order. This time 20 minutes for water, 40 for salad which I had to gonup and ask for as it sat on the counter. Pizza finally came after 48 minutes. Told server a out it. No manager ever came out.
