Service is a hit or miss for me. Some people amazing others not so kind. Iâve gotten some eye rolls for people simply having to do their job. From someone who does service work, just because you donât like your job, doesnât mean it gets taken out on customers! All love tho

Apparently this location stops brewing iced tea starting at 3 pm, despite not closing until 8 pm. I stopped by at 5 pm and was informed of this. Avoid if you are looking for iced tea.

First time ever going to a Starbucks! The staff was very friendly and helpful for my first time ordering from the menu! The service was awesome and friendly! I might go a little more often!

The people that work there are well-mannered. They don't accept tips sometimes (Oct 5,2022), the staff will be gone from the stand and no sign will be at the register. High-calorie treats. I usually go to an independent coffee place on the Mass and 7th, which I like better. Still addicting sweet good coffee, which I have only had two times this Fall as a treat for doing lawn work.

typically this location doesnât have the best selection in stock, but after my most recent experience I wonât be going back. The location was closing early due to short staffing, and I had arrived about 20 min before. I didnât even care that they did not/could not make another drink, but I would have appreciated actually being acknowledged in a respectful way by the barista instead of a passive aggressive âcan I help youâ just to tell me that you ARE technically are open but that your not going to make me drink. I work in retail, I get what itâs like being understaffed, but this was a HUGE turn off and I will be recommending friends to other locations now because of this.
