Barista made me feel like I was stupid for asking a question. I was talking to a kind blonde barista at the counter about my question and a barista with a red sweater, boy, brown curly hair butted in our conversation that didnt concern him with a rude and belittling comment. Won’t return! Please train your employees what customer service skills are it’s obvious that they need a refresher!

Had a last minute 22 person order for my work and they went above and beyond. They made everything in a truly impressive timeframe. I didn't see a single person behind the counter slacking. Everyone was constantly moving. They still managed to get everyone else's orders out at the same time. While I was waiting I don't think I saw anyone there for more than a few minutes. Special shout out to the barista working at the end calling out orders and organizing everything. Emily you are a rockstar! Thank you to the whole team.
