Unfortunately I had a pretty basic order that was incorrect. I ordered a green tea that did not look or taste like a green tea, and I had already left before I realized something was wrong. I don't go to Starbucks very often, and this just reinforces why I don't go.

I have only been inside twice and it was comfortable, clean and airy. Drive through can be slow depending on the time of day, what has been ordered before you, how many people are working and the experience of those working. I recommend you pay in cash because they will shove the card reader at you expecting a tip.

It has been pretty good in the past but for the last month or so they have made every single chai with little to no flavor. It’s aggravating because I am not spending $6-7 for a cup of milk. My drink is always super light as if they are not putting the right amount of pumps of chai. In the picture I asked for 2 extra pumps.. doesn’t even look like the original amount is in there..

Treated rudely initially. I asked if perchance had any coke, ( as I had an upset stomach) . Immediately I was corrected to the word, “SODA”, followed by a comment that they were an exclusive coffee shop. Further more, have NEVER been asked for a coke before! There was one kind server, whereby I let him know that the initial server was rude, i THANKED him for being courteous. The kind server made an excuse for the rude server, saying that she was just tired? May I suggest that an employee that is tired/sick to stay home? Also, if Starbucks is an exclusive coffee shop to remove their teas, juices/smoothies and pastries??

I’d give Zero stars if I could. Terrible place to go in the morning. They are slow getting your coffee to you. They are very rude! You can’t even say thank you without a rude tone back or eye rolling. 10/10 do not recommend.

I asked for a drink with no ice and they have the drink fill in half. This is ridiculous, this means they are assuming the drink with half of ice/ water in it, if I am thirsty and drink right away, I will taste the drink ( but half of the volume). if not, half of the drink with water. With the consideration of beverage prices, this is shame on Starbucks. I invite people to have the complaints especially to this occasion.

I got an iced coffee and had a bit of it while I did some work. My air pod fell out of my ear and onto the floor, and when I got up to go get it, I knocked over my coffee. ?♂️I went over to the counter to let them know that I just made a big mess, and before I could say anything about the mess, a barista who apparently saw it just asked "what coffee did you have?" and then went straight to making it for me!I was going to apologize and buy a new coffee seeing as it was my fault, but it was incredibly kind service and I greatly appreciated it!PS: the lobby and bathrooms were nice and clean, so that's a bonus.

Their breakfast sandwiches are delicious!The drinks are always hard to choose from ? because all are so good!!Starbucks is definitely worth a try if you have never been.Yes I know a lot of people say they are pricey, and they are on the more expensive end. But McDonald's coffee drinks are getting close to them lolI still think it's worth it, I can't do it all the time, but once in a while I do treat myself because I am worth it!!
Coffee is always good. Service is good. Food is meh... ? Very busy store. Ordering ahead is a good idea.

you can always count on Starbucks to give you one thing.. overpriced milk filled with sugar. I asked for a gingerbread oat milk latte with a shot of espresso. I asked the man to please put in less milk because I wanted to taste the coffee not just milk and he said that they can only replace the milk with ice. That makes no sense to me.. I didn’t come to Starbucks for a $7+ cup of ice or milk I just wanted a cup of coffee with a little flavor. I literally can’t taste the coffee no matter how much I try it’s just pure sugar and milk. This always happens and I’m honestly done with Starbucks. Pure trash and anyone who actually knows good quality knows this ain’t it. I’ll make myself coffee at home from now on or go to the many better coffee shops in town.
