I usually don’t leave reviews but every time I’ve been here the person taking my order has been extremely rude, sighing loudly when I order, rolling their eyes, and just generally acting like they can’t stand customer service. I’d rather just go to a coffee place a little further down the road.

Haven’t been to Starbucks in over two years. Had some family visiting from out of state and they wanted coffee, so we stopped by. And yeah... this just reminded me why I stopped going. Barely any drink, packed with ice, and the flavor? Practically nonexistent. Definitely sticking to local coffee shops from now on, way better quality and you’re supporting real people, not a corporation.

I am a frequent customer at this Starbucks location, and today when I went, I placed my order as usual when I left my house, but when I arrived and told the employee that I had a mobile order she told me to not show up until 5 minutes after I place my order even though my app told me it would be ready in 3-6 minutes. I probably arrived within 3-4 minutes. Now I would completely understand if they were slammed with business, and I always try to go when there isn't many people there because I’m going straight to work, but there was literally one car in the line. I don’t think I will be coming back to this location the girl really ruined it for me and bummed me out.

This place is gross, everytime we come here they mess up every single time even when it's not busy at all. I got a matcha lavander drink and I was really excited to get one, I ordered extra lavander and they put extra matcha and didn't stir it all the way so there's chunks of matcha through the whole thing. I asked them to remake it and they said they did it right. Waste of money.
