Had a hectic day and hadn't eaten. Walked in at 9:25 pm tonight. I was greeted by the guy asking me if I knew they closed at 9:30 pm. I did not nor did I even know the time. The front door was opened, and the open sign was on. So, I went in. After being scolded that he'd already put lids on everything and everything was packed up, I said thank you and left. I was in tears. I've NEVER been treated like that. If you are closing early or refusing to serve customers at 9:25 pm, then close at 9:25 pm and lock the door. I am speechless!!!

If you plan on going here you don't order multiple sandwiches because it will be messed up. We ordered three sandwiches and said we needed only two toasted since the third was a cold cut. The guy toasted the first two and was about to put the cold cut in the toaster when we stopped him. Told him what cheese we wanted on which sandwich and he grabbed the wrong cheese and when he got the right cheese almost put them on the wrong sub. With all the problems we had to focus on one sub at a time so we missed a few mistakes. Got home and my sandwich had shredded cheese which I didn't request and because of the problems decided it's not worth eating here anymore.

The staff refused service to me when I came in to get a sandwich in the last twenty minutes of them being open I know I was a lil tardy but I've been in the food service industry before and it doesn't matter what time people come in if they are in the door before closing time it sucks but you serve them plus the staff never reads the instructions on my order when I ask for it too toasted they hand me a cold sandwich think twice before going to this subway

I usually don’t leave reviews however my experience was disappointing. I placed a mobile order and picked up when it said it was ready. Go inside to find they haven’t even started it, not a big deal. But then the girl making our sandwiches proceeded to rub her gloved hand across her neck and face and continue making my sandwich. It was gross.

There was literally only 1 person making sandwiches and the online orders kept coming in and she was struggling to keep up. Hire more ppl to help out because the wait time was insane.
Went to go grab a quick sandwich. Why the hell would I go get food when there is a dog in the establishment. Especially when the person who makes your sandwich is petting the dog. I'll go grab a sandwich at Casey's. I won't bring my family or suggest to my friends. Hope they bring some real management in soon!
