I can't eat dairy, but they've put cheese and sour cream on my food multiple times now, and once you check its too late to go back through without waiting 10 or 15 more minutes in line. Getting the order right the first time on almost all orders should be an expectation.

Almost every single time I order they get something wrong. I have dietary restrictions by being vegetarian and can not eat meat, I always make sure they get that I’m substituting meat for refried beans and it’s almost a 50/50 shot they don’t do that. I’ve wasted more money on Taco Bell than probably any other fast food place! It’s especially disappointing when I have it doordashed and they get it wrong, cuz not only have I spent extra on it, but now it’s wrong and I can’t go back and get it fixed! It’s never the dashers fault either by the way!! #respectyourdashers. This review comes from many, many, many, bad experiences!! I want to support my local taco business but it’s getting to a point. The people who work there are kind but need to get the orders actually correct! Ya know the thing I’m spending money on!!! Today’s order was one of the weirder offenses. They got the beans right! But that was ALL that was in my crunch wrap :( the beans were the driest they’ve ever been and I genuinely couldn’t tell what was going on with them for a second. Like bone dry, like dirt from a flower pot you haven’t watered in months. It was despicable and that was ALL that was there!!! Anyway thank you for reading, I hope Taco Bell starts getting better because I do enjoy a taco from them, however, what is happening in that kitchen guy?

Apparently adding potatoes for $1.20 a taco means then removing the beef to taco bell. I pay $3 per taco and listen to "fortnite, skibidi, bruh" for 20 minutes and I end up with a potato taco.
Good food, reasonably priced. inflation over the past several years has made dining out too expensive.

Whoever was the man at the ordering station MISTOOK my friend and I as high school students and FORCED us to use the digital screen to order. Even if we were high school students that doesn’t mean you can be rude? We aren’t freaks. I may look young but jeez that doesn’t mean I’m a high school student. THATS NOT EVEN THE WORSE PART. I ORDERED 2 LARGE FRIES AND THEY GAVE US MEDIUMS?!?! For what reason? I paid extra for what?!? You can’t be serious. Then they forgot our 2 cups and we asked VERY politely to get our cups and you know what he did? He gave us kid size cups. He even looked our order up and still gave us a smaller size. We didn’t even do anything goofy. You can’t be serious!!! I don’t know what his problem was but I got ripped off. This was a very crappy experience. Never again.

Parking: Served order promptly. Staff was trained properly and it was obvious. The food ordered was tasty, fresh, delightful. Really nice. I would go to Taco Bell at this location again. Thank you staff.
Wheelchair accessibility: Standard, well marked handicapped parking in lot outside the restaurant. I didn't have any problems with the handicapped spaces. I park handicapped permanent :/ myself.

I’m honestly not sure how a person winds up with stale food after waiting in line for 15 minutes in the middle of a lunch rush. The fries were actually cold, the flatbread part of the gordita crunch had the consistency of cardboard.
The person who took the order was fine. The person who was at the window when I got there, did this creepy thing where they just stand there staring without saying a word, eventually thrusting the food out the window.
You have to make an effort to serve food this badly at 12:30 on a weekday.
Never enough meat.
They loved the puppy though.
