beautiful donuts. will have to try their soft serve and drinks next time
Really delish donuts
That passion fruit cream donut was the best I’ve had in my life. It should be served every day. Does every dessert need the passion fruit cream? Maybe, we should at least try it.
Fabulous donuts. They are the right amount of sweet as far as donuts go. Wish they had a location closer to Overland Park so I could avoid the long drive.
Do stop by and get some if you are ever in the Lawrence area. They do close at 2 pm and run out of stuff so get there early if you want your pick.
The menu prices can be a bit scary..until you take a bite..worth every penny.
Service is always great. We went last weekend and got 4 donuts. Two of the milk chocolate Carmel, one pistachio, and one chocolate sprinkles. This time they weren’t quite as good as they have been in the past. They tasted more “airy”, less rich and full bodied than normal. I tried two different kinds so it wasn’t just one donut. I’m not sure if the batch was different or they changed the recipe. But I was a little bummed. I still can’t rate them lower than 5 stars though because in the past they’ve always been superb.

best chocolate sprinkle donut i have ever eaten i will be coming back cause it was SO GOOD 💜 (also appreciated the music)
It’s soo good and they always change up the menus it’s just soo soo yummyy
Hands down the best donuts I've ever had. So glad we decided to stop here while we were in Lawrence.
Just wanted a kruller that is on the menu, lady said not today. Watched as a worker was eating and drinking coffee while preparing food! Gross. Wife said the donuts were good but I'll never know.

They donate their leftover donuts to the homeless shelter which helps with the tax burden.
Also keep in mind that you're homeless shelter pretty much serves two sausage links and one egg for breakfast.
As a person who's been to prison I think it's kind of odd that you get fed 2 to 3 times as much food in prison.
Once again thanks to the community and to the donut shop for giving their extras to the homeless people who are not drug addicts like you think but are mostly just disabled or mentally ill.
It's a nice place and it's well run, but it all comes down to one thing: the doughnuts, obviously. They've taken a slightly different approach to their recipie. I suspect it has to do with their base dough. Typically I'm a fan of originality, but you don't mess with the classics unless you're really onto something amazing. These just don't FEEL like the right pastry in your mouth. It's about the moisture level and the structure of the bake are weird. Beyond all of that, they're pretty pricey! I went back multiple times to be sure, but yeah, I don't love it.
These are some of the best donuts I've ever had, hands down! 🍩🍩🍩
You cannot go wrong here, it is a bit on the expensive side, none the less go enjoy this place, it's legit.
TOOGOODTOGO bag, please reconsider ordering one. came with 6 of the exact same dried donuts. was atleast hoping for 2 different items.
i have not tried any other items so my review is 2 stars
These are the only donuts I eat now - the donuts are airy and light, the flavors inventive while still paying homage to classic flavors. The staff has always been very prompt and kind. I normally get a donut on my way to work, so I don't stay to hang out, but the space is always clean and seems comfortable.
