Here from San Antonio and wanted some good breakfast. The Big Biscuit didn’t disappoint. “Big” is true about their portion sizes. Everything was larger than you would normally find at other restaurants. The 2 pancakes were huge! Also loved the iced coffee with real cream on top!

The name says it all so come hungry.

The food is excellent and the portions are huge. I have the Jim’s Platter and it was awesome.

You won’t be disappointed.

Food was ok. Very fast service. Definitely food from a can or box. Nothing remotely home made. Pleasant atmosphere. Would come again.

This was my first visit at this location and the rude young heffa with the extra painted eyeliner on at the podium needs training in customer service. As we walked in, there were 5 people waiting to be seated. The older lady grabbed 5 menus and said come with me. I stepped to the podium and said there are 3 of us and the young girl rudely said “they’re next, as she pointed to 2 people standing behind me. I said “oh, I thought they were all together”. The older lady seated them. The young girl asked who was next as she looked past me to my husband and son and I said there are 3 of us and we’re all together. The young girl rudely informed the older lady and the older lady took us to our table. If your restaurant chooses to have such rude individuals greeting your guest, I would suggest they be trained to greet their customers in a polite manner and direct them to come inside the restaurant so the customer doesn’t have to wait at the door or doorway. I will never come to this location again. My location in Midwest City, OK provides exceptional customer service and I’ll continue to patronize their location.

Our waitress Jessica was absolutely amazing!!!

Went there this past weekend and there was a bit of a hiccup with the servers...but it was ironed out a bit. Not so much of "cold" service yet it wasn't great, it wasn't a "hi, I'm glad you're here" service either. People have their moments yet if you're a customer service worker....you gotta be on your game.

That above review was a year ago...I just forgot to press"post".

Today we went out the Big Biscuit again. Gave them another chance at a few of my dollars. And they failed. Hey Manager, the reason why we walked out is because we wanted a booth. There was one available but your server told me that they wasn't using that booth because there wasn't a server for that booth. ? Huh?!? Excuse me?? There were people eating all around that table though. Even in the booth in front of it. No thank you. I'm sure a reasonable person who valued the customer would've made the accommodating move to provide a server for the booth. But they let us walk right out. I wanted to pay for a "booth experience" not pay for a "middle of the floor, everyone staring at me like I'm on exhibit at the zoo" experience.

Large portions of great tasting food. So many things to choose from made it difficult to just order one thing! Service was fantastic!!

We walked in and waited for 25 minutes before we were told to check in on a computer on a stand by the hostess. My husband couldn't get it to work so the hostess signed us in. We waited another 25 minutes as which point I inquired about the delay. We were told that the computer said we were waiting for another person to join our party. I reminded them they put in our reservation into the computer. We were seated and I saw at least 10 tables empty. There were at least 20 people wait outside and in. Totally messed up, impersonal system. So much for progress!

Don’t go here unless you want to wait 45 minutes every single time. They always have an issue. Always. Poorly managed. The food is good, but not worth hassle of extremely bad management and service.

Big waste of money on the breakfast. Its the most average breakfast, each menu item being a slighty different variation of the classic breakfast, but my eggs were undercooked. The service was the redeeming quality. Parking is not fun and somehow this place was obnoxiously busy. Best item on the menu was the Bonut, but really wish they would've chose a different name for it.

We were expecting at least a 25 minute wait for our food. To our surprise within 10 minutes our food arrived. The food was seasoned perfectly. We didn't have to wait for a refill on drinks. Our waiter made sure we were taken care of. The district manager came by and introduced himself. He asked how everything was.
