I made the mistake of ordering a dish that had biscuits and gravy on top of it (I don't like gravy). I enjoyed a delicious meal anyway. The biscuits are really good and the service was friendly.

This was the first time I've eaten at the big biscuit and I was pleased. The food was delicious. I had the cowboy (chicken fried chicken with eggs and cream gravy). It was pricey (17.99) but oh man was it filling and tasty. The menu selection had cheaper selections too as well as a wide selection of choices. The server was polite and helpful. He checked on us several times and made sure our drinks never emptied. If breakfast is one of your favorite meals, you won't go wrong choosing to eat here.

Been here two or three times. Finally stopped ordering the pancakes because it was just too much food. But darn they're good. Last time there I tried a half order of biscuits and gravy definitely a thumbs up.

We've been here a handful of times. It's your average franchise breakfast and lunch place. The people have been friendly and courteous, you don't get bothered any more than is really necessary I don't think.I had coffee, which wasn't bad. My kids had brunch that looked pretty tasty, they most certainly did not complain.I could argue that the cost is too much, but honestly everything is expensive right now. Especially when feeding four kiddos!

The food is always delicious, and the service is exceptional. Even when busy the service is very attentive. I love the photos on the wall and the overall decoration is always a conversation starter. When I'm craving breakfast food I go here.

The food here is excellent with the only problem being that their portions are huge! Which means, you'll leave with an extra meal or need to be carted to your vehicle (not so bad!).

We were seated quickly and our order was taken quickly. Food arrived in a timely manner, then it went down hill.
Server came by with my replacement toast because they brought the wrong kind, asked if we needed extra napkins we said yes. She did not come back with the napkins, or to refill drinks. When we were finished she zipped by us several times never stopped to see if we were done. Finally since the napkins in our plates was not a clue I gathered our plates and stacked the up. Waited more than 15 minutes to get her to stop and get our payment. I request a receipt and Togo drink. Waited 10 minutes with her walking past us to get refills for the 2 other tables she had, take payment and return a receipt to another table and take an order for the other table she had.
We finally left.

The service is always good and restaurant os clean nice atmosphere, but you do not have any non dairy options, your tea options are none only having black tea, and this is the biggest issue we have you do not offer any discounts to those 55 plus or to Veterans. Also you outside dining takes up almost all of the side walk making it near impossible for wheelchair users to get by.You really need to have non dairy options, discounts for 55plus and veterans and consider all customers .Dietary restrictions: No non diary options no tea option but black teaWheelchair accessibility: Side walk is blocked by outside dining wheelchair users cannot use the sidewalk

Update: I recently went again and the service was amazing and made up for the pancakes. The food was also really fresh.The food was good the service was fast and their pancakes are hugeeeee but they were a little doughy but still cool. The biscuits are delicious as well.
