First time but won't be the last. We had a great time. The owner and the staff were delightful and helpful. The wine was so good, as were the cheeses! I will definitely be watching for other special events, especially in the summer when they use the outdoor space.
The closest winery to Lawrence, KS city limits. Quality wines and good vibes. Expertly crafted wines, many choices, whites to reds and sweet to dry, and carbonated. Wines are made and bottled onsite. They have beer and non alcoholic options as well. Nice venue with a lovely grove of shade trees, perfect for lawn chairs and live music. During the season there is live music every week, and often times two different bands, Friday and Saturday. And food trucks.

My wife and I visited Trivedi Wine today and split a tasting. We loved the Seyval Blanc and took a bottle home. The sommelier was a hip, funky, cool, tatted young lady. She described the ins and outs of each wine and poured them from lightest to darkest, and sorted by flavor.
That's a small vineyard on a large lot with plenty of room to grow. Our tastings consisted mostly of cherries and berries. The grounds are rich with grass with picnic tables all around....
