Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Smoothie was awful tasted like a cold icey banana with a overpowering amount of powder from the multivitamin. Also additionally missing ingredients, it was hands down the worst smoothie ever. Disappointing. Also could not get ahold of owner when filing complaint. Very unprofessional. Even when i walked in they didn't act professional at all goofing off. 11 bucks for a messed up order. Sad

Almost every time I come here they get my order wrong and today, January 22nd at 6:51 I place an online order and when I pull up, the girl working behind the counter staring at myself and my girlfriend in the car and flipping off the order screen while on FaceTime with someone and not making any of the three orders shown on the screen. I know this is a tropical smoothie but it was unprofessional and just distasteful. If there is a manager on duty they should be monitoring this better and controlling their staff. Additionally, the whole time I was waiting for my order even after coming into the store she’s making a smoothie while gossiping on the phone (with the phone in her hand).

I visit tropical smoothie at least once a week. The bahama mama is my all time favorite smoothie. The staff is always very welcoming and the store looks clean when I visit. This location is also kid friendly! The employees always say hi to my niece when I bring her with me. They have a changing table and it is always clean as well as their bathroom. I will always continue to come to this location and recommend it to my family and friends!

Tropical smoothie Cafe is a place that I frequent often. I'm glad I do, the food is amazing, the people are nice, and I like the layout. Anytime anyone asks I will always recommend tropical smoothie for their amazing smoothies!!!

Very satisfied with my peanut butter cup! The employee who took my order recommended doing white chocolate instead of dark chocolate and it was awesome! Will return. Very clean and happy environment.

I really love coming to Tropical. It's become a daily routine! The atmosphere is so lively and the smoothies are delicious. The cashier, Kena, was very nice and she makes me smile whenever I see her. Overall 10/10! :)
