We got a hot matcha latte and a cold matcha latte which take extra time for proper preparation. Both lattés tasted good but I don't like getting these in a paper or plastic cup when dining in. I like that they have a small menu which fits the size of the shop nicely. I enjoy the outdoor garden to relax to the sounds of the waterfall. The service has been hit and miss on my five visits.
The Uplift locations are my go to coffee spots. The black coffee is always on point: strong, smooth, and never bitter. Food’s great too — fresh, tasty, and not overcomplicated. Staff are super friendly and the vibe is laid-back. Just a solid place all around.
Uplift Coffee has been a go to option for me in Lawrence and Baldwin! Kelli, Trey and the whole team deliver an amazing set of products, service and atmosphere in each of their locations. They work tirelessly to keep improving on them everyday. The new roaster is up and running and the flavors are amazing. If you are looking for that great cup of coffee, or just a place to hang out and get some work done Uplift Coffee is the place you want to be.
