Currently writing this review running back and forth between the bed and the toilet. Vomiting and intestinal cleansing of the ages. Something was definitely wrong with the way the food was prepared or stored.

We ordered two burgers. One with specific toppings. They repeated it back correctly, made the wrong burger with the special toppings and still didn't have the special topping correct. This was drive-thru

Have had 3 disappointing experiences here in the last year 2025. Once when during morning hours was told they could not take my order because no employees showed up for work. The other was when with my grandkids a person in the drive thru said she could not understand me or hear me. So I spoke louder and slowly. The lady then told me “sir you don’t need to yell at me”Wow!!! The last visit I ordered 2 sausage egg swiss croissants, and one bacon egg cheese biscuit. I then changed at the intercom that I wanted bacon egg Swiss instead of sausage. The girl said go ahead and pull up. I grabbed my food and drove home, which is 30 minutes away when I got home my whole order was incorrect. I was given to sausage croissants and a bacon egg croissant no biscuit. The one egg,bacon sandwich had egg shells in it. I called the store. Informed them of the problem and just wanted credit for the next time. The young lady said that I could only get credit for the biscuit because I had ordered the sausage croissants, and I told her no I changed it while I was at the intercom. She never once apologized for the error. I did not have time to argue with some young employee who doesn’t care about customers ,you never argue with the customer. I will never go back to this place again and trying to get a hold of someone at Wendy’s USA is almost impossible as they outsource their customer service to Dominican Republic.

This is the worst Wendy’s in Kansas for sure. They can’t ever get a simple order correct. I never get a complete order from this location the last 3 times I’ve been here.

Really friendly and helpful staff. They told me when the chicken I wanted would take a while to cook and gave me suggestions on sauces. It's a Wendy's so the food is the same, but really nice employees at the drive-thru.

The service here is very hit or miss. My food has always been hot and fresh (I usually come during breakfast hours), but I’ve noticed that you get much quicker service if you dine in rather than use the drive thru. They had me pull forward and after serving every customer behind me, I still had to wait 15 minutes. Definitely never going through this drive thru again.

This has got to be the worst Wendy's. The food is never fresh, it takes anywhere from 15-40 mins to get your food if they tell you to pull forward. The nuggets that we got this time weren't cooked through. The batter was mushy. Will not return to this establishment, it cant he a bad day after me coming and trying it for over a year due to it being close to home. The nuggets not being cooked did it for me. Personally I don't want to die from salmonella. Not too mention the worst costumer service. Very rude and hateful place.

Hit and miss service, drinks taste like they need a new bag of syrup. Several times I’ve had just down right rude workers. No customer service, no skills. Nothing. There is a few genuine people who work there however, and to them I appreciate. But This is the third time this has happened, I ordered through the app, I specifically put NO CHEESE on my burger. And each time they put cheese on my burger. I understand mistakes happen, but a mistake only happens once. The most recent time I’ve gone (5:30ish 9/21) I had a rude worker at the window, and I’m almost certain they purposely put 6 UNMELTED SLICES OF CHEESE ON MY BURGER. Which was the worse burger I’ve ever had in my life. For absolutely no reason, terrible service. I try to enjoy food, I don’t like ranting about it.

Placed an order for two meals at 830pm and couldn’t figure out how to use the mobile cash on the app. Both burgers were colder than room temperature the cheese wasn’t melted whatsoever and the buns were old and cold. Messed up the second burger beyond disappointing won’t be back for the rest of the year I hope the night crew figures it out

Spiraling downhill fast. We are regulars, eating weekly or every other week. Poor management decisions. For example, this picture is two dollars worth of sauce. They started to water down the soda! What the heck night shift? Not coming back for the rest of the year. Do better
