I cant believe this is the first time I've been here but I will definitely come back! The fried mushrooms and Mushroom Swiss burger were delicious. The staff is super friendly and attentive! Also they have pool tables! The prices on both food and drinks were more than fair. They cleaned the countertop regularly (i watched). I was super happy!
We just went there for their burger after a KU game and we were not disappointed. In my opinion, this place is in the top 5 list of best places to get a beef burger(it's definitely in my personal list). We did it find that the place felt a bit unclean and the service was slow( they appeared to be understaffed).
The definition of a Sports Bar. hands down, the best bacon, jalapeno, cheese burger, in Lawrence, or anywhere. Ice cold draft beer served in a chilled glass. Dave, and his staff, never met a stranger, and do all they can to keep up at game time. Best brackets for March Madness, as well.
