Have been going here for years. Great food, polite and hard working staff! One of our favorite local places to go to have the coldest beers and best bar food in this area of Lawrence. Watch the game, play some pool and visit with locals, don’t come here if you want fancy fluff. Come here to have a good time with friends.
I cant believe this is the first time I've been here but I will definitely come back! The fried mushrooms and Mushroom Swiss burger were delicious. The staff is super friendly and attentive! Also they have pool tables! The prices on both food and drinks were more than fair. They cleaned the countertop regularly (i watched). I was super happy!
We just went there for their burger after a KU game and we were not disappointed. In my opinion, this place is in the top 5 list of best places to get a beef burger(it's definitely in my personal list). We did it find that the place felt a bit unclean and the service was slow( they appeared to be understaffed).
