Absolutely vile. I ordered delivery and got 20 mild buffalo wings and either the wings were not drained of oil or the sauce was separating, but the wings are gross and I ended up throwing them away, the bag was soaked in grease and tasted terrible. My fries were ice cold. Tired of paying the prices that we are charged and get horrible food. Would give negative stars if I could. What a waste of money. To the say the least I will NEVER order food from this disgusting restaurant again.

Spent $101 on an order. The restaurant wasn’t even open. But I was charged. Not cool. Never going to this location again
We had an issue with a refund, so we stopped in and spoke with April, the shift lead. She promptly addressed our situation and we had our refund within the hour. Amazing customer service! Thanks April!

I dont mind when people make mistakes, but man it's really inconsiderate how the service is here. I bought 100 wings and it all came to about 140$. We took our order ACROSS TOWN to have our party. We saw that 25 out of 100 weren't there. So I called and told them we were missing 25 wings and they said they'd get right on it. I literally drove from one end of the city to the next and when I told them I was there for the 25 missing wings they basically did that thing where they laugh behind your back and just start on the order. For context there was me and one other person and the workers were back there talking. Good food but terrible service.

Staff member refused to provide me with a doordash order after I refuse to sign their sign in sheet that's not required by doordash. For doordashers Uber Eats drivers and GrubHub drivers, I'd recommend avoiding Wingstop. Service is often slow anyways.

I am a high school art teacher and took my art club kids on a field trip. They wanted wingstop for lunch so we came here and they were amazing! We had 25+ kids eating here and they got the food out promptly, had great customer service, and were so kind and accommodating to our group! We felt very welcomed and everyone loved their food.
