It Was good BUT the food and service is going downhill. It Was really good the first few times I went and I even started taking more friends and family there to try it. After a few weeks they WEREN’T the same. Not sure if it’s a new hire or manager but oh brother this place needs some help. we’ve been uncharged for what they say is “ free condiments” online and I’ve been refused the free guest wifi every time we go in to eat. the last three times I’ve gone, I’ve been given little to ZERO protein in my sandwiches and wraps (they just load it with lettuce and other veggies!!!) I’ve even asked specifically to not have any at this point because it’s all or nothing with whoever’s making the food back there. they don’t really listen to specifications, even when specifically asked.

Service went way down hill. They ruined my sandwich and when i called about it the kid didn't even bother to say they were sorry. He admited they did it and told me to take it up with doordash. Not coming back if this is the attitude there now. It's a shame because they used to be a staple in Lawrence. Oh, well.

Spent 30 dollars for one and a half sandwiches. Waited about 15 minutes, so I'm really hoping it will be good. The half sandwich had hardly anything on it, while the whole sandwich (cheesesteak sub) was the single dryest thing I've eaten in my life. I couldn't finish it because it felt like sand, and tasted terrible. Won't ever see me walking in there again.

i love the bread they use here. its soft and fresh. the meatless masterpiece was great. super cheesy and tasted healthy. gonna be coming back to try out the other subs!
