Clean, friendly and quick. Went inside to see menu as it was my first time. I had seen an ad with a beautiful crispy chicken sandwich featured. Since decline of other establishments crispy chicken this enticed me. Ordered the Southern TLC Fillet Sandwich. We all know food photography is not really what you get but this was so far off. Huge dissappointment. !!! Chicken was tough and by no means crispy. The breading in the photo was s batter type looking crispy , crunchy like extra crispy fried chicken from the man in a white suit. This looked like flour dipped, so thin and soggy. Bun was soggy, mayo looked like grease, lettuce was chopped and barely there. Hope your experience is better than mine.

Since finding this gem in the middle of Kansas I make a point to stop in ANY time I'm in town. Last night happened to be one of those times and I was not disappointed. See, I'm from the south where Zaxby's is a regular, every day restaurant, but I live in Colorado now and this just happens to be the closest one to me (it's nearly a 9 hour drive btw). The crew engaged with my son and I as soon as we stepped inside and did an amazing job filling my order of 2 deconstructed fried house salads. They individually packed all the toppings and bagged it up neatly so I could transfer it to the cold bags I brought for exactly that reason. They made it super easy to travel salad home for my pregnant daughter and I. Thank you for an awesome experience. Will definitely be back on my next trip through.

Freezing cold in there, me and my family had to wear coats just to stay halfway warm. We were the only people in the restaurant and it took almost a half hour to get our food which was only mediocre at best. Will not return.

Was anxious to try Zaxby's for the first time, but I will not be back, at least to this location. The service received was some of the worst I have ever had. Despite the terrible service, the food was good.

Enjoyed the chicken here. My wife and I went to this place with some friends and it was our first experience. Similar to a fast food place, but the chicken was an upgrade. The service was great and the person taking our order was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to explain some of the menu options so we could make the best choices.

1. The young man that waited on us acted like we were bothering him by spending money at Zaxby's. 2. The wings and things I ordered had the buffalo sauce on the chicken fingers and no sauce on the wings. 3. The French fries were stale. The chicken fingers my wife ordered were over seasoned and dry.

Went in for my first time ever at a Zaxby's. I wanted to use a coupon my friend gave me for BoGo TLC Sandwich, the cashier forgot to use my coupon and they apologized endlessly, but I wasn't mad at all. I told the owner it was Ok and I sat down. When I got my food the owner gave me a card (the one you see in the picture) and it says I get a free any choice sandwich. This is something I wouldn't have expected and it made my day. Then when I got to eating my food, I was surprised. It was GREAT. Service, food, and ascetic are all appealing!

Chicken wasn’t good. And the staff members was just sitting around doing nothing when they should be cleaning the tables. Y’all need to hire more people also or y’all gonna fail.
I really enjoyed my visit here. The service was excellent and very friendly. The servers knew the menu well and had great recommendations. I had not eaten at a Zaxby's before and have always wanted to try one. Great experience. The chicken was great.

I tried the "Insane" sauce on some traditional wings for the first time and it was good. The wings were cooked well. I also had the chicken sandwich with buffalo and ranch. It was ok. Definitely messy. The bread was way too salty though. Weird for bread. It tasted like it was dipped in salt. This is the only sandwich I've had from there so it may just be how their bread tastes. Wife had the Cobb salad with fried buffalo tenders. She enjoyed it. She asked for extra Zax sauce and they gave her a lot. The little one had the kidz fingers. They were a little cold and the breading was a little mushy on the outside. Overall okay experience.

The speaker was broken so they had me pull around to the window to place my order. The fries were completely under done almost goo. he apologized for taking so long he said he'd give me a free dessert. When I looked inside my bag no dessert. I also asked for extra fries which I paid for and they didn't give me any. This was by far the worst fast-food experience I've had in a long time.

I've gone to this place about 4 to 5 times now, each time hoping my service experience would be better than the last. Every time, I have been treated disrespectfully, gotten home without items I'd ordered, and less than impressed with the food, which is definitely the best part about Zaxby's, and unfortunately that's not saying much. Save your money and go to Burger King across the way there. At least the staff there is somewhat competent and the food is just as good or better.

Walked in and was greeted by the cashier with such an attitude I almost turned around and walked out. I order and had to reach across the counter to grab me drink cup she made no effort in handing to me. When my food finally came out it was missing both the ranch and zax sauce so I went back to the same cashier who ammited it came with it then proceeded to stand there and stare at me. When asked if I could get them she gave me one and walked away. Very unprofessional and I don't think I'll be coming back. Slim chickens is close and the people are nice.
