I had the oxtail and jerk chicken platter, and it was so delicious.
I will definitely be going back.
We stopped in after attending a wrestling tournament at the high school. The minute you step in to the cozy restaurant the smells of the wonderful food cooking in the back hits you. I had the jerk chicken -medium plate, coco bread, and a Pink Ting grapefruit drink (recommended by the owner’s daughter). My husband & I shared the silver platter which had 3 meats: we chose jerk chicken, ox tail & goat. The ox tail & goat were moist & succulent, but the chicken was dry. Seasoning was good on all meats though. Cabbage & rice were bland, but offset the heat from the goat & chicken. Plantains were a nice sweet ending to the meal.
