The moment I walked into the store, I thought, “What is that smell?” It felt like a mix of restroom odor, garbage, and food smells all combined. When I got my food, I was disappointed. The fries I ordered on the side were so hard. who would eat fries this hard? If someone broke a tooth eating them, who would take responsibility? The fish didn’t taste good and wasn’t warm. I asked for tartar sauce, but the staff gave me a different sauce instead. I appreciate that, but I thought it would have been better if they had asked me again if they didn’t understand me the first time.

Went in the afternoon to get a float. Waited in an empty restaurant for a few minutes, no guests, no staff, no service, no purchase. Like other reviewers, went next door to Sonic to get a drink.

The place reeked of sewer, the employees were not the brightest and food was absolutely disgusting. Pretty sure they have never swept or mopped the floors since it opened, never going back again
My partner and I went through the drive through on 8/26/24 around 7 pm(which is both our first time at A&W). The first red flag was being immediately sent to the window to order instead of the drive through. We had to pull up the menu on our phones because we didn’t know what was on the menu. We had to wait 15-20 minutes for our food, which our order was small. The guy that ordered behind us left first. When we finally got our food, everything seemed fine, the chili cheese fries looked okay but they barely put any chili and cheese on top. Which i didn’t really mind, had to wait longer for our 2 shakes and almost forgot the root beer. They skimped out on one of our shakes, while the other is full. The root beer tastes like gasoline. The milkshake that wasn’t full tastes rotten. In all honesty this was super disappointing and absolutely DISGUSTING. Never going again.

I have one word for this place DISCUSTING..The employees making the food were not wearing gloves, the so called GM Nicole was working the front window and making food the and handling money there was an employee working the front counter again not wearing gloves..when I asked why they were not wearing gloves was told by the employees that are not required to wear gloves..will never go there again

if i could give 0 stars i would. we went thru the drive thru to get root beer floats but they had no ice cream so we just got 2 root beers, which they messed up and gave us 3 which all of them were just carbonation. they told us to pull around for our food and forgot about us, so we went inside and had to wait there for another 20 minutes where the employees just ignored us and the other 4 people who had been waiting equally as long for their food. the employees had no sense of urgency and were standing there drinking in front of us and just walking around like they had nothing to do. when we finally got our food, it was gross anyway so waste of money and time. the end girlies. i’ve worked a food service job and know they could definitely be less lazy and were NOT understaffed enough for the wait to be this long. the location was not well kept at all either very gross and unclean, i can only imagine what their appliances looked like.
I got the A&W root beer. That's the closest I get to having a beer.

I usually don't review super fast food places, but this visit was so nice that I had to go on record with a couple of nice comments. The food was good, but that was to be expected and it did measure up to expectations. The restaurant was very clean and appealing. What was great was the friendliness and attitude of employees there. Even if the food had not been excellent I will return just to enjoy the pleasantness of the employees.

This is a Long John Silver's shared with A&W. The deep fryers look nasty. The food presentation is very poor. The taste is just OK. No matter what the allergen menu says, there is a lot of sloppy work and cross-contamination of ingredients. I am allergic to eggs and milk and had a food reaction from a hamburger and french fries.
