if i could give 0 stars i would. we went thru the drive thru to get root beer floats but they had no ice cream so we just got 2 root beers, which they messed up and gave us 3 which all of them were just carbonation. they told us to pull around for our food and forgot about us, so we went inside and had to wait there for another 20 minutes where the employees just ignored us and the other 4 people who had been waiting equally as long for their food. the employees had no sense of urgency and were standing there drinking in front of us and just walking around like they had nothing to do. when we finally got our food, it was gross anyway so waste of money and time. the end girlies. i’ve worked a food service job and know they could definitely be less lazy and were NOT understaffed enough for the wait to be this long. the location was not well kept at all either very gross and unclean, i can only imagine what their appliances looked like.

I usually don't review super fast food places, but this visit was so nice that I had to go on record with a couple of nice comments. The food was good, but that was to be expected and it did measure up to expectations. The restaurant was very clean and appealing. What was great was the friendliness and attitude of employees there. Even if the food had not been excellent I will return just to enjoy the pleasantness of the employees.

This is a Long John Silver's shared with A&W. The deep fryers look nasty. The food presentation is very poor. The taste is just OK. No matter what the allergen menu says, there is a lot of sloppy work and cross-contamination of ingredients. I am allergic to eggs and milk and had a food reaction from a hamburger and french fries.

Food was good but greasy. Service was great. The dining area was filthy. Ants at the beverage station. All of the tables were dirty. Had to clean the table and chairs before we could use them.

Atmosphere: DIRTY...!! Alive flies.... Dead flies on the window sills. Poorly cleaned tables. Dirty floors. Spidets in the corners of the walls. Awful bathrooms!! Feels like a sketchy Gas Station.Food: Ran out of chicken on the A&W menu (but had somehow not the Long John Silver's side). The Chicken on the Long John Silver menu looks EXACTLY like the fish. They even put it in the same box, for some reason? Very weird. The cheese curds were all stuck together. The Mini Corndogs were on the verge of "burnt". The fish and chicken - being cooked the same way and looking like twins - were oddly salty.Service: They seemed okay. Until I heard one of the employees yell - very loudly from the back kitchen - "EW!!!"Kid-friendliness: The Toiletpaper rolls are WAY too far for a toddler to reach.

This location has some issues.We came in (dining room) at about 6:45 on a Saturday night.The very FIRST issue immediately was, the order taker said they did not have onion rings. It's CLEARLY pictured on the big menu screen. If you don't have onion rings TAKE IT OFF THE MENU.Got 2 Papa Burger meals (A1). I said no tomato on one. The order taker told us we had choices on a side if we didn't want fries.We said we'd take hushpuppies.SECOND issue....to my horror I saw the cook microwaving the hamburger patties with cheese!THIRD issue...we get our order and there are fries but no hushpuppies. We told her that and the cook came up arguing saying they don't come with hushpuppies. We did not want the fries! The cook irritatedly threw some in a box. If it's not a choice to replace the fries then train your order taker correctly!We get home and both meals had no tomato.We did not say BOTH with no tomato.The hamburgers tasted soggy and not fresh at all.The ONLY good thing we got were the hushpuppies.We will not be returning to this one, I'd rather drive to the Shawnee Mission Pkwy and I-35 one first.

The place is nasty top to bottom. Bathrooms, floors, booths, and the grill visible from the counter. Really needs some help.
Did not get my full order. I ordered from the Long John Silver's menu. 12 hush puppies, family coleslaw and 3 crumbs. The coleslaw tasted strange and no crumbs, the hush puppies were tough possibly not fresh being an all you can eat day.
