This review is from a few years ago I forgot to give one. I was there for training. I did enjoy it it was a hot day and took longer than expected but that's probably because it was a fresh. and a lot of orders were there. I would go back next time I'm in town.
The bbq is obviously on point. KC requires that.
What sets black belt aside is the small-batch craftsmanship and the little touches often reserved for the big guys: delicious sides, fresh buns, pickles on the side, a house-made sauce.
Quality meats plus a pitmaster plus reasonable prices equals a Leavenworth gem able to rival the likes of any KC staple.

This is a walk up truck. Limited hours. I REALLY was hoping for burnt ends but it's not an option. The brisket however was great. When I told the young lady I'm keto she was so accommodating to make my plate keto friendly
